    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment planning apparatus capable of highly correctly measuring a radiation dose of a specific site which moves and changes its range in the body of a subject with an elapse of time.SOLUTION: An apparatus calculates the positional information of a specific site for each of a plurality of time points corresponding to elapsed time on the basis of the position of markers in the vicinity of the specific site, and generates three-dimensional ranges of the specific site for each of the plurality of time points. When the positional information of the specific site for each of the plurality of time points has the same reference point, the apparatus generates information of representative ranges indicating all the ranges including the three-dimensional ranges of the specific site for each of the plurality of time points. Then, the apparatus calculates a radiation dose to be irradiated to the range of the specific part indicated by the representative range information in the case where the range of the specific site indicated by the representative range information is irradiated with a radioactive ray so as to follow the positional information of the specific site for the plurality of time points.
