摘要： PURPOSE:To cut the lining layer on the inner wall surface efficiently and surely by installing a pressing means for pressing a self traveling wheel on which a super high pressure water injection nozzle which is held at a certain position from a cut surface is installed onto the cut surface and arranging a fixing means for fixing the whole cutter device onto the inner peripheral wall of a cylindrical structure. CONSTITUTION:When the lining member 22 of a cylindrical inside part 21 is cut in the peripheral direction, a gondola 1 is raised to a disassembly place for the lining member 22 in the cylindrical inside part 22 by a winch, etc., and the gondola 1 is fixed onto the cylindrical inside part 21 by a fixing device 2, and an arm 6 is opened by a centering cylinder 4, and the whole cutting device is set at the center of the cylinder. Then, after a self traveling wheel 15 is press-attached onto the lining surface 22 by a nozzle cylinder 12 for the longitudinal movement, the self traveling wheel 15 is shifted in the right and left directions at the speed proper for cutting the lining member, turning a nozzle turning device 17 at a proper speed. Therefore, the lining member 22 is cut in the peripheral direction by the high pressure water jetted from the nozzle 19 which is held onto the self traveling wheel 15 and suspended from the gondola 1.
