摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a unit vehicle for spraying lining, which requires no wide installation space and which is capable of facilitating the work of transportation, by a method wherein a spraying unit, including a gun for sending lining material by pressure which supplies the lining material to an injection nozzle through a supplying hose, is installed on a platform. CONSTITUTION: A spraying unit is provided with respective two sets of a high- pressure water supplying system consisting of a high-pressure water pump 5 and a high-pressure water hose 9, and a lining material supplying system, consisting of a belt conveyor 4, a rotary gun 6 and a lining material supplying hose 10. A spraying unit vehicle A is driven to arrive at a predetermined working site and, thereafter, the high-pressure water hose 9 and the lining material supplying hose 10 are attached to the high-pressure water pump 5 and the rotary gun 6. Subsequently, an injection nozzle for lining is connected to the spraying unit and wiring works around a switchboard, preparation of supplying water into a water tank 1, preparation of supplying lining material into a hopper 3, preparation of a compressor and the like are effected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure smooth oscillation of a nozzle and to prevent a hose connecting part from being damaged. CONSTITUTION:A support frame 20 is provided below the floor 2 of a gondola, and four guide rods 23 are turned in association with the operation of a rotary drive part 14. A boss part 24 is moved up and down along the guide rods 23 in association with the operation of an elevating drive part 21. Nozzle attaching beds 27, 28 are provided to the boss part 24, being faced in vertically opposite directions, and are attached thereto with spraying nozzles 30, 31, respectively. Lining material supply hoses 32, 33 are led outside, passing between the four guide rods 23, and are connected to the nozzles 30, 31, respectively.

CONSTITUTION:The connection of a gondola 2 and a support structure 7 is performed by a freely revolvable joint part and the support structure 7 is revolved around the joint part by a drive mechanism 21 and the gondola 2 and the support structure 7 can be held at a definite angle of inclination. Even at the time of the work of the inner wall surface of an inclined flue, the gondola 2 is held to a natural horizontal state and only the support structure is inclined so as to coincide with the angle of inclination of the flue and an execution device is revolved, raised and lowered in matching relation to the angle of inclination of the flue to perform execution work of good accuracy.
