摘要： PURPOSE:To adjust a boring machine so as to secure optimum boring performance according to a boring object by combining those of revolution adjustments by a rotational driver, thrust adjustments by a thrust adjuster, and characteristics of a flat blade cutter together in a multifarious manner. CONSTITUTION:A rotational driver 5 with a revolution adjusting device is attached to a leader 3, and it is moved up and down by thrust adjusters 6a - 6c installed in this leader, while the thrust is adjusted. In addition, a casing tube 10 with a flat blade cutter 11 is connected to the rotational driver 5, driving it into rotation. Then, revolution adjustments of the casing tube 10 by the rotational driver 5, thrust adjustments by the thrust adjusters 6a - 6c, and characteristics of the flat blade cutter 11 are combined together for display of a wide variety of boring performances. With this constitution, a boring machine is adjustable so as to secure optimum boring performance according to an object of such heterogeneous materials as soft, hard ground, ferroconcrete or the like.

CONSTITUTION:In a condition of sliding a plurality of forks 41 to under a pallet, the pallet on which an article is loaded is placed on and fixed to a lift loading base. In this condition, the lift loading base (body) 3 is lifted up to a defined floor and, after stopping same on the defined floor, a fork lifting frame 28 is displaced in a horizontal direction. At the same time, a fork installing frame 29 is lifted up/down while synchronizing the lifting up/down of each sprocket with respect to the lifting frame 28 by means of a sprocket 30a and a chain 30b to displace the forks 41 installed on the fork installing frame 29 in vertical and horizontal directions, thereby placing the pallet on a building side to be supported thereby. Then, the forks 41 are drawn out from under the pallet and returned to the lift loading base.

In carrying long parts in narrow area, the guide 5 is turned through 90 deg. and passed through the boom 3. A loading base 27 is also provided through a guide 26 for vertical movement for the scaffold 23 and moved vertically by a wire 7 to carry tools to each stair, thereby saving the cost of facilities. The tools and materials can thus be carried along at low cost easily.

At this time, the carriage 32 turns around the axial center of the steel pipes 12 and 14 by a motor 45 to proceed welding. By this method, the pipe inner peripheral surface abutted on each other can be automatically welded.

New operation frequency N also is similarly stored. An average operating time calculating means 12 calculates and stores T/N.
