摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can provide a uniform temperature controlled space even in a large indoor space and can be operated economically while reducing noise by suppressing increase in the size and output. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 101 is provided with a fan chamber for underfloor air in addition to a compressor chamber, a heat exchanging chamber for outdoor air, and a heat exchanging chamber for indoor air wherein a part of temperature controlled air is supplied from an underfloor air outlet 115f into an underfloor space 105a thence supplied from an underfloor air supply grill 105b provided in the floor 105 into an indoor space 100. A ceiling space air suction duct 113 interconnecting the fan chamber for underfloor air and the ceiling space 104a is provided so that indoor air is returned back to the fan chamber for underfloor air through an indoor air suction grill 104b provided in the ceiling 104, the ceiling space 104a and the ceiling space air suction duct 113.

摘要： The present invention is to provide a unitizing method for dividing a ceiling to a plurality of ceiling units and for mounting said ceiling units, characterized in that it comprises a process for supplying component parts of the ceiling units such as frame, lighting fixtures, air-condi-tioning system components, and fire extinguishing components and devices to a floor for ceiling construction, a process for producing the ceiling units from said components on said floor, a process for carrying said ceiling units by a unit mounting cart, a process for engaging and connecting existing ceiling units with said newly brought ceiling units, a process for supporting said newly brought ceiling units by hanging bolts, and a process for connecting lighting fixtures, air-conditioning system components and fire extinguishing components and devices between the adjacent ceiling units. The method contributes to rationalization of ceiling construction through integration of building finishing work and facility installation work and by continuous work line. Also, the method makes it possible to accomplish the work in simplified and easier manner.

摘要： Buildings are supported in the interstices of a large latticed framework via their tops and their bottoms. The horizontal, S, and diagonal, 6, bracing members are of hollow construction. Each diagonal member 6 is formed from G.R.P. segments (11) (Fig. 3, not shown) filled with compressed air, surrounding an inner area with tubes (19) running therethrough for elevators, services, etc. Horizontal members 5 are also subdivided for conveying and servicing purposes, and may be of carbon fibre reinforced plastics. The nodes 7 may contain equipment, e.g. power plant. Illumination could be provided by causing buildings with external mirrors to rotate about vertical axes in synchronism with movement of the sun.

SOLUTION: A gas sensor 7 installed inside a room 1 detects the concentration of noxious gas, and if the detected value exceeds a specified value, the exhaust is performed from the room by operating an exhaust fan (ventilator). This device is equipped with a man sensitive sensor 8, and only when a person exists in the room, the ventilator is operated. In case of applying this to a house having a plurality of rooms, this is constituted such that an exhaust fan 3 is provided in the space functioning as an exhaust chamber and it is connected with each room, and that the exhaust is performed from each room 1 through the space. The space and each room 1 are connected with each other by a duct 5, and a damper 6 is installed there. A gas sensor and a damper are installed severally in each room. Only when a person exists in the room, the damper is opened. A toilet 2 is utilized as an exhaust chamber.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the air conditioning follow and suit variation of the load caused by disturbance so as to keep the thermal environment at the perimetric parts at all times comfortable by a method wherein an air conditioner is installed in the ceiling section, a return air hole is provided above a window, and a current of conditioned air is blown out toward the window in a line to effect heat exchange with the return air. SOLUTION: For a room formed above floor slabs 1 an air conditioner 7 is installed in the chamber above the ceiling 2, a plurality of anemostat type diffusers 5 and a plurality of return air holes 6 are provided at the ceiling 2 of the interior part I, and there are provided a breeze line outlet 11 at the ceiling 2 of the perimetric part P and a return air hole 12 at the side of or close to a blind box 4a. The air conditioner 7 is connected by ducts 9 to the anemostat type diffusers 5 and the breeze line outlet 11 in a setup to supply conditioned air to the room under control by a temperature sensor 10 and return the air to the air conditioner 7 through the return air holes 6, 12. As a result, there is no current of air reaching the living space when it happens that the load is large and the temperature of the air from the outlet is low and the occupant is given no uncomfortableness which is caused by a current of low temperature.

After that, the ices K are run into the water bearing tank 8 via a running-into pipe 9, and the ices K melted to be turned into water are stored in the water bearing tank 8. As a result, a pumping-up pump is not needed, and on the apex section of a high-rise building or the like, clean water can be pumped up.
