    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the air conditioning follow and suit variation of the load caused by disturbance so as to keep the thermal environment at the perimetric parts at all times comfortable by a method wherein an air conditioner is installed in the ceiling section, a return air hole is provided above a window, and a current of conditioned air is blown out toward the window in a line to effect heat exchange with the return air. SOLUTION: For a room formed above floor slabs 1 an air conditioner 7 is installed in the chamber above the ceiling 2, a plurality of anemostat type diffusers 5 and a plurality of return air holes 6 are provided at the ceiling 2 of the interior part I, and there are provided a breeze line outlet 11 at the ceiling 2 of the perimetric part P and a return air hole 12 at the side of or close to a blind box 4a. The air conditioner 7 is connected by ducts 9 to the anemostat type diffusers 5 and the breeze line outlet 11 in a setup to supply conditioned air to the room under control by a temperature sensor 10 and return the air to the air conditioner 7 through the return air holes 6, 12. As a result, there is no current of air reaching the living space when it happens that the load is large and the temperature of the air from the outlet is low and the occupant is given no uncomfortableness which is caused by a current of low temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To enable pumping-up and feeding cool water to be performed with low energy by setting a bottomed cylindrical pipe vertically, to fill up the internal section with water, and by cooling the water at the lower end section of the pipe to make ice and to permit it to float in the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A bottomed cylindrical pipe 1 is vertically set to be turned in the vertical direction, and the internal section is filled up with water. After that, the internal side of the pipe 1 is provided with an internal pipe 5, and the lower end side of the internal pipe 5 is provided with an ice making device 2, and the upper end section side of the pipe 1 is provided with a water bearing tank 8. Then, by the ice making device 2, the water to be positioned at the loves end section of the pipe 1 is cooled, and ices K... are made, and by the buoyancy of the ices K themselves, they are permitted to float on a water surface at the upper end of the pipe 1 through the internal section of the internal pipe 5. After that, the ices K are run into the water bearing tank 8 via a running-into pipe 9, and the ices K melted to be turned into water are stored in the water bearing tank 8. As a result, a pumping-up pump is not needed, and on the apex section of a high-rise building or the like, clean water can be pumped up.
