    • PURPOSE:To prevent an inside furnace temperature from decreasing as well as to prevent slags stream at its discharging exit port from clogging by a method wherein an ash hopper and a combustion furnace are connected with a return-tube path of combustion gas through an ari-blower, further the return tube path is equipped with a branch line, the second return tube path, which is connected newly to a upper side of the combustion furnace. CONSTITUTION:The combustion gas taking out from the ash hopper 2 is structurally returned to the inside furnace 1 by the use of air blower 21 through the return-tube path 23, and in the return-tube path a high pressure gas flow-meter 22 is provided. In discharging melted slags, which are produced in the furnace 1 due to a high temperature burning, from a slag discharging exit port 17, the both gas and slags are taking out simaltaneously aiming at maintaining smooth fluidity andquantatively discharge of the slags. By returning the combustion gas into the furnace 1, the decrease in temperature inside of the furnace is prevented. Since the taking out gas are wholly returned to the furnace 1, its thermal efficiency is improved. Besides, no impacts is given to the burning condition of the furnace with a withdrawal of the combustion gas, therefore, combustion is stabilized, further a large amount gas are in controllable condition, therefore, it is made possible to maintain better fluidity of slags as well as to incrase quantative discharge of glags.

    • PURPOSE:To make a char feed device of exclusive use unnecessary, and to improve combustibility and reactivity, by collecting formed char in a formed gas, storing it in a normal-pressure storage hopper, blending the char with pulverized coal to be fed to a gasifying furnace, feeding the blend to the furnace. CONSTITUTION:Pulverized coal and air are fed to the gasifying furnace 15, a mixture of formed gas and char is exhausted from the furnace 15, the char is separated by the char collector 16 such as cyclone, etc. set on the way to the formed gas line E, collected, and the gas is exhausted to the downstream side. After the collected char stored in the pressure collective hopper 17, stored periodically through the rock valve 18 in the normal-pressure char storage hopper 19, each fixed amount of the char is fed by the rotary valve 20 to the pulverized coal hopper 11, processed into a mixture of the pulverized coal and char, and fed through the rock valve 12, the weighing hopper 13, an the feeder 14 to the gasifying furnace 15.
