    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert oscillation stopper members into predetermined positions between heat-transfer tubes.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a steam generator with the oscillation stopper members 14 disposed between the heat-transfer tubes 5 includes: a step of layering double heat-transfer tube layers 5A horizontally arranged; and a step of inserting the oscillation stopper members 14 between the heat-transfer tube layers 5A. The steps are performed alternately from a lower side to an upper side. With the method for manufacturing the steam generator, since only one heat-transfer tube layer 5A exists above each oscillation stopper member 14, the position of the front end (bend portion) of each oscillation stopper member 14 can be visually confirmed from above. As a result, the oscillation stopper members 14 can be inserted into the predetermined positions between the heat-transfer tubes 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform nozzle projection working in a narrow working space only by the working of a lateral movement of a die in the tube, to simplify the efficient working, and also, to omit the conventional edge preparation of welding, to prevent the deterioration of the material at the peripheral part of the prepared hole of the tube to be worked, and to prevent the occurrence of failures such as melting, regarding the method for the nozzle projection of various kinds of steel tubes such as those for thermal-power boiler main body and header and others. SOLUTION: The tube (tube to be worked) 1 is placed on a female die 6, rotary roller 2, rotary roller rod 3 and male die 5 are set in the tube 1, and also, a die 4 with a tapered groove 7 is inserted into the tube. When operating a hydraulic jack from the rearward of the die 4, the die 4 is advanced in the tube 4, and by the inclined surface of the tapered groove 7 provided on the die, a downward reaction is transmitted to the male die 5 by the rotary roller 2 and the rotary roller rod 3 arranged in the tapered groove 7 while they are rotating. The male die 5 is pushed out from the prepared hole pierced on the rear surface of the tube 1, the lower tip pat of the prepared hole is projectingly formed in a nozzle shape on the rear surface side of the tube, and a nozzle projection part is integrally formed on the side face of the tube.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a steam generator and a heat transfer tube inserting tool capable of simplifying an inserting process of heat transfer tubes.
      SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the steam generator, a plurality of tube supporting plates having tube holes are arranged, and the heat transfer tubes are successively inserted to the tube holes of the tube supporting plates. This method comprises a heat transfer tube pressing step for pressing the heat transfer tubes to a prescribed lead-in starting position and inserting the same to the tube supporting plates, and a heat transfer tube lead-in step for leading the heat transfer tubes in the inserting direction from the lead-in starting position, and inserting the heat transfer tubes to the tube supporting plates. Here, a first inserting tool and a second inserting tool engaged with each other are used in the heat transfer tube inserting process. The first inserting tool is mounted on an end portion at an insertion side of the heat transfer tube first in the heat transfer tube pressing step, and then the second inserting tool is engaged with the first inserting tool and led in to lead the heat transfer tubes to a prescribed lead-in completion position in the heat transfer tube lead-in step.
