摘要： The present invention relates to a high pressure oil generating apparatus of an internal combustion engine for driving valves or devices installed in the internal combustion engine with working oil. The construction consists of a cam having one and more lobes fixed to a crank shaft as one body, one and more jerk type high pressure pumps operated by the cam, a working oil source for feeding working oil to the high pressure pumps, an accumulator for accumulating high pressure working oil discharged from respective high pressure pumps and a control means, and is characterized in that the rack positions of above-mentioned respective high pressure pumps are adjusted and the working oil pressure is controlled at a predetermined pressure by the control means. Thus, the high pressure oil generating apparatus is applied practically for controlling the fuel injection quantity of the internal combustion engine and for controlling a suction/discharge valve, and particularly for controlling operation of a discharge valve.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the quench hardening depth substantially by performing a discontinuous quench hardening on each space portion of a continuous quench harden stripe with both sides partially overlapping each other so as to form a discontinuous quench harden stripe. CONSTITUTION:Parallel continuous quench harden stripes 1, 1... are to be formed by performing a continuous laser quench hardening on a cylinder liner sliding surface (a1) leaving a space between the quench harden stripes in the width direction. Discontinuous quench harden stripes 2, 2... are to be formed on each space portion between the continuous quench harden stripes 1, 1... with both sides of the stripes parties overlapping each over. This results not only in securing sufficient effective quench hardening depth as both the width dimension of each strip and the quench hardening depth increase but also in improving the quench hardening performance and reliability as the continuation of the effective quench hardening of each continuous quench harden stripe can be attained.

CONSTITUTION:After inserting a casting roller 21 into the inner periphery of the bearing 1 produced in the casting process, firstly, a skin pass casting process is executed. In the skin pass casting process, the bearing 1 is charged into a heating furnace 22 and heated up to about 100 deg.C and successively, reheated up to about 200-300 deg.C, and while keeping the temp. condition with a heater 23, a ring casting process is executed in the intense pressing state with the casting roller 21. In the temp. range of about 200-300 deg.C, by pressing the white metal 6 in the solid phase condition to execute the plastic deformation under the hot state, this columnar crystal structure is eliminated and can be improved to the isometric crystal structure.

And the high pressure pumps A4 are controlled depending on the signal of a pressure detector C1 by an actuator A5 making the internal pressure of the accumulator to a set pressure.

The groove faces of the upper liner consisting of the inside and outside layer materials 11, 12 and the groove faces of the lower liner 5 are subjected to buckling build-up welding 8 of a Cr-Mo steel and after the groove faces are mated, the liners are joined and assembled by electron beam welding 9, by which the long-sized and large-sized cylinder liner is obtd.
