Syntesegassen har et molforhold for H2/CO som er egnet for syntetisering av bensin, kerosen og gassolje. Fremgangsmåten omfatter trinnene: en dampblandet naturgass mates inn i en reformer (10) som er utstyrt med en forbrenningsdel (12) for brenning av et brennstoff, idet reformeren (10) er utformet for å kunne bli oppvarmet av forbrennings- delen (12), karbondioksid fra en for- brenningsavløpsgass generert i forbrenningsdelen (12) gjenvinnes, og karbon- dioksidet tilsettes til den damp- blandede naturgass i et punkt på en oppstrømsside av reformeren (10), slik at det finner sted en reformerings- reaksjon, og det oppnås en syntesegass som omfatter CO og H2 i et molforhold for H2/CO = 1-2,5.

This method comprises the steps of, feeding a steam- mixed natural gas to a reformer provided with a combustion radiation portion for burning a fuel, the reformer being heated by the combustion radiation portion, recovering carbon dioxide from a combustion exhaust gas generated at the combustion radiation portion, and adding the carbon dioxide to the steam- mixed natural gas at a location on an upstream side of the reformer, thereby allowing a reforming reaction to take place to obtain a synthesis gas comprising CO and H2 at a molar ratio of H2/CO = 1 to 2.5.

摘要： The present invention relates to a reaction vessel which is used to carry out an exothermic reaction of a mixed gas consisting of a plurality of elements in the presence of a solid catalyst. In a conventional reaction vessel of this type, it is difficult to maintain an optimum temperature of the exothermic reaction, and its economy is poor. The present invention is directed to the reaction vessel in which central pipes are disposed in a plurality of reaction pipes and circular spaces between these pipes are packed with a catalyst, whereby an unreacted feed gas can be caused to flow upward from lower positions of the central pipes and can be then mixed with another unreacted feed gas having a lower temperature, and the resultant mixed gas can be caused to flow through the catalyst layers downward from above. The present invention permits accomplishing the exothermic reaction while maintaining the optimum temperature by virtue of the above-mentioned constitution, and is ecomonical. The present invention can be applied to reaction vessels by which the exothermic reaction is carried out for the mixed gas consisting of a plurality of elements, as in the synthesis of methanol.

摘要： A process for synthesizing material uses an exothermic reactor which comprises a coolant shell, two concentric pipes provided within the shell, a catalyst bed packed between inner and outer ones of the concentric pipes, an introduction tube connected to the inner pipe through which a starting fluid is introduced, and a communication path enabling the fluid after the passage of the inner pipe to be passed through the catalyst bed in a direction opposite to the direction of the passage through the inner pipe, the coolant shell having an inlet and an outlet for a coolant arranged in such a way that the flow of the coolant is parallel to the flow of the fluid within the catalyst bed. The coolant on the outside and the starting fluid on the inside of the catalyst bed cools the bed in such a way as to produce a temperature distribution along the bed that follows a maximum reaction rate line (M in FIG. 1) relating the concentration of the methanol to the temperature of the starting fluid.
