    • PURPOSE:To enable a fast stable operation to be carried out when operating compressor are extentionally added in response to a variation of a freezing load by a method wherein at least one of a plurality of compressors is of a variable volume type, the variable volume type is set to a low capability when the load is more than a full capability of the operating compressor to determine the operating state and then the variable volume type is controlled in its volume. CONSTITUTION:When a load is increased during a single operation of a variable volume type compressor 30A and a discriminating means 46 judges that it is more than the maximum capacity of the compressor 30A, an operating state determining means 47 determines a starting of operation of a positive volume type compressor 30B. Means 43 for determining a degree of opening causes a control valve 36 to be fully opened before starting the operation of the compressor 30B. Result of determination of the volume controlling operation is outputted from an outputting means 45 to the compressor 30B and the control valve 36 just after the stopping of the compressor 30B. The compressor 30A is changed to its minimum capability state and operated. As the operation of the compressor 30B is started, a degree of opening of the control valve 36 is adjusted in such a way as it may be accommodated for the load and then the compressor 30A is operated under its volume controlled state. With such an arrangement, the low pressure capability rapidly reaches the set value and the operation is made stable at an early time.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a capacity of a compressor to be coincided with a load of an evaporator, i.e., a freezing load irrespective of a length of a refrigerant pipe to connect the evaporator with the compressor by a method wherein means for determing a degree of opening of a control valve in response to a load of the compressor is provided and a degree of opening of the control valve determined in response to a length of the refrigerant pipe to connect the evaporator with the compressor is corrected. CONSTITUTION:A length of a refrigerant pipe connecting an evaporator 33 with a compressor 30 is inputted from an input means 68 to a degree-ofopening correction means 66, where a degree of opening determined by a degree-of- opening determining means 64 is corrected in accordance with a control rule to be inputted from a memory means 67. The corrected degree of opening is outputted to the control valve 36 through an output means 45 and the control valve 36 has a corrected degree of opening. Accordingly, the compressor is operated at a load of the evaporator, i.e. a capacity corresponding to the freezing load irrespective of a length of the refrigerant pipe connecting the evaporator with the compressor.

    • PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the welding time by setting a welding torch to the prescribed upward torch angle and push angle, and executing the welding while the wire is swayed with the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The upward torch angle of 10-15 deg. is set to the groove of an upper plate 1, and the downward torch angle of 5-10 deg. is set to the groove of a lower plate 2 respectively. A backing plate 4 is provided on the reverse side of a part 3 to be joined, and a face plate 5 is provided on the face side respectively. A welding torch 14 is set to the upward torch angle of 5-15 deg. and the push angle of 30-40 deg. by an angle adjuster 13. The arc position is adjusted by a torch position adjuster 13 while the welding wire is swayed with the amplitude of 2-15m/min, and the swaying speed of 0.1-2.0 times/second by an oscillator 17, and the welding of the first pass of the part 3 to be joined is executed. Then, the welding torch 14 is set to the upward torch angle of 5-10 deg. and the drag angle of 5-10 deg., and the arc position is adjusted while the welding wire is swayed with the amplitude of 2-15m/min, and the swaying speed of 0.1-2.0 times/second, and the welding of the second pass of the part 3 to be joined is executed. This constitution improves the welding precision, and reduces the generation of the defective welding.
