    • PURPOSE:To efficiently execute water-soluble and oil-soluble washing at a low cost without rust formation by housing objects to be washed into a washing cage, rotating these objects in a washing tank and washing the objects with a water-based alkaline washing liquid, then with an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:The objects to be washed, such as machined parts, are housed in the washing cage 38 and this cage is suspended from a rotary disk 36. The cage is then rotated, oscillated or circularly moved in the washing tank 1. The alkaline washing liquid is injected toward such washing cage 38 or the cage is immersed into the washing liquid accumulated in the lower part of the washing tank 1, by which the objects are washed. The alkaline washing liquid is then discharged into a tank 31 and, thereafter, the objects are roughly washed similarly in the same washing tank 1 by using the org. solvent, such as perchloroethylene. The used solvent is then discharged and recovered into a distiller 12. The air in the washing tank 1 is thereafter circulated through an air cooler 33 and an air heater 34 via a fan 32, by which the objects are dried. The objects are then subjected to normal washing by the org. solvent, liquid discharging and drying.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration membrane cartridge easy to be manufactured at a low cost and having high reliability and durability and free from liquid leakage and the like and to provide a filtration membrane module using the cartridge. SOLUTION: This filtration membrane cartridge for an immersion type membrane filtration apparatus and comprises a filtration membrane panel 15 sealed by being covered with a filtration membrane 22 in a bag-like state, a water flowing inlet 21 formed in the filtration membrane panel 15, an approximately cylindrical water flowing boss 28 having a through-hole 28c in the side face and the inner diameter in one end with the approximately same size as the outer diameter in the other end in the axial direction, and reinforcing members 25, 26 having grooves for pinching the end parts of the filtration membrane panel 15 and fitting holes to have the water flowing boss 28 fitted therein. The reinforcing members 25, 26 are pinched in the end parts of the filtration membrane panel and the water flowing boss 28 is fitted in the fitting holes of the reinforcing members 25, 26 to align with the through hole 28c of the water flowing boss 28 to the water flowing inlet 21 of the filtration membrane panel 15 and thus a filtrate in the inside of the filtration membrane panel 15 is led to the water flowing boss 28 through the water flowing inlet 21.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of a washing cage operating device for putting parts to be washed into the washing cage, immersing the washing cage into a washing tank contg. a washing liquid and washing these parts by using a common cage for washing and transporting. CONSTITUTION:The washing cage 16 contg. the parts to be washed is fed by a feeder 9 to a turn table 76 in a washing stand 71, by which the washing cage is fed onto a free conveyor 83 and is clamped by clampers (not shown in Fig.). A lifting cylinder 74 is actuated to lower this washing stand 71 (code F) and to immerse the washing stand into a rough alkaline washing tank 3. The washing cage 16 fixed to the turn table 76 is rotated and oscillated (code D) by driving a speed reduction motor 84 and a chain 86 and is vertically oscillated (code G) as well by the lifting cylinder 74, by which the parts to be washed are washed. The washing stand 71 is raised after the washing and the free conveyor 83 and a transporting conveyor 17 are connected. The washing cage 16 is clamped by fingers 12 and is fed by the feeder 9 to tanks 4, 5 of the ensuing stages where the parts to be washed are washed by the similar effect.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously wash and dry a body to be washed and to improve working efficiency by installing a hot wind generator for generating a drying hot wind connected to a moving base that is horizontally movable forwards and backwards on which a washing unit and a drying unit respectively provided with a jetting angle adjustable nozzle are mounted. SOLUTION: The jetting angle of a washing nozzle 43 held by a washing unit 41 is adjusted, and a washing liquid is jetted toward a workpiece 4 by the washing nozzle 43 to perform automatic washing. Next, a control valve connected to a gas burner unit 46 connected to a drying unit 45 is opened to turn on an ignition switch. The gas burner unit 46 is ignited to become a drying heat source. By air sent from diluting air piping 64a connected in the drying unit 45, a hot wind is jetted from a drying nozzle 48 through a drying nozzle head 47 to dry the washed workpiece 4. In this way, a washing process and a drying process are continuously performed to improve working efficiency.
