    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously wash and dry a body to be washed and to improve working efficiency by installing a hot wind generator for generating a drying hot wind connected to a moving base that is horizontally movable forwards and backwards on which a washing unit and a drying unit respectively provided with a jetting angle adjustable nozzle are mounted. SOLUTION: The jetting angle of a washing nozzle 43 held by a washing unit 41 is adjusted, and a washing liquid is jetted toward a workpiece 4 by the washing nozzle 43 to perform automatic washing. Next, a control valve connected to a gas burner unit 46 connected to a drying unit 45 is opened to turn on an ignition switch. The gas burner unit 46 is ignited to become a drying heat source. By air sent from diluting air piping 64a connected in the drying unit 45, a hot wind is jetted from a drying nozzle 48 through a drying nozzle head 47 to dry the washed workpiece 4. In this way, a washing process and a drying process are continuously performed to improve working efficiency.

    • PURPOSE: To release an operator from mounting a heavy cleaning basket in a cleaner and to improve work efficiency by hanging a suspension rod from the tip of a swing arm so that the horizontal position of the rod corresponding to the suspension rod of the cleaner is adjusted. CONSTITUTION: A swing arm 35 is rotated to turn the tip of a suspension rod 36 toward this side, a cleaning basket 11 contg. a material to be cleaned is placed on a truck 21 and conveyed, and the basket 11 is transferred to the rod 36 by lifting the table of the truck 21 up and down. The arm 35 is then rotated to transfer the basket 11 to the opening of a cleaner 20, and the tip of the suspension rod 36 of the arm 35 is abutted on the tip of the suspension rod 10 of the cleaner 20. The basket 11 is manually pushed in and transferred to the rod 10 of the cleaner 20. A latch for the basket 11 is then fixed to the rod 10 of the cleaner 20, the door is closed, and the material is cleaned (and dried). The basket 11 may be brought out by the reverse way.

CONSTITUTION:The washing cage 16 contg. the parts to be washed is fed by a feeder 9 to a turn table 76 in a washing stand 71, by which the washing cage is fed onto a free conveyor 83 and is clamped by clampers (not shown in Fig.). A lifting cylinder 74 is actuated to lower this washing stand 71 (code F) and to immerse the washing stand into a rough alkaline washing tank 3. The washing cage 16 fixed to the turn table 76 is rotated and oscillated (code D) by driving a speed reduction motor 84 and a chain 86 and is vertically oscillated (code G) as well by the lifting cylinder 74, by which the parts to be washed are washed. The washing stand 71 is raised after the washing and the free conveyor 83 and a transporting conveyor 17 are connected. The washing cage 16 is clamped by fingers 12 and is fed by the feeder 9 to tanks 4, 5 of the ensuing stages where the parts to be washed are washed by the similar effect.

    • PURPOSE:To generate a wide range of thrust and simplify construction by a method wherein in case of a rotary advance of tool, a pneumatic quick traverse through a cylinder piston is adopted when requiring no thrust, while a ball screw system is adopted when cutting thrust is required. CONSTITUTION:The revolution of a motor 111, which is driven releasing a clutch, is transmitted to a tool through a belt 114, spline sleeve 105. When the compressed air is furnished to the rear chamber air charging port C of a double-acting pneumatic cylinder consisting of the body 101 and the quill, the main shaft 103 and the tool 104 advance to a cutting starting position with a rapid traverse. When the compressed air is cut and the clutch 108 is set ON, the quill 102 advances with a slow traverse by the function of a ball screw 106 and a nut 107 revolving the tool 104 for performing a prescribed process. When the clutch 108 is again released and the air is furnished to the front chamber air charging port D, the tool 104 goes back with a quick traverse.

SOLUTION: The volume reducing apparatus for waste plastic container comprises a perforating and preliminarily volume reducing unit 40 and main volume reducing unit 50 sequentially vertically disposed in this order in a housing 31, preliminary volume reducing roller 41 with perforating pin 43 in a receiving hopper 31a disposed in the unit 40, a passage 31A gradually decreasing in an interval toward downward to be formed between an outer periphery of the roller 41 and a wall 31c, main volume reducing rollers 51, 53 for sandwiching waste plastic container 25 from the unit 40 and provided in the unit 50, elastic material layers formed on outer peripheries of the rollers 51, 53, and perforating pin slightly projected from an outer surface of the material layer. In this case, the roller 51 is rockably supported to the housing 31 via a movable bracket 54 given by an adjustable rotary force by an urging mechanism 57 and pressed to be brought into contact with the roller 51.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance washing efficiency by adding a rinsing process and also vertically rocking material to be washed while being washed and dried. SOLUTION: Spray nozzles 34, through which rinsing liquid is injected for materials to be washed in a drying chamber 31, are equipped. A cooler 43 and a heater 44 are equipped in an air circulating duct 41. In the cooler 43, air flowing through the air circulating duct 41 is cooled and vaporized gas of washing liquid is condensed and recovered. The heater 44 heats air in which vaporized gas of washing liquid has been removed by the cooler 43. A shielding plate abuts on an opening peripheral edge of the lower part of the drying chamber 31 in such a state that a washing bed plate 51 is lifted by a moving mechanism 50 and arranged in the drying chamber 31. Thereby, the shielding plate closes an opening 31b and is equipped on the washing bed plate 51. Also, the washing bed plate 51 is constituted so as to be locked in the vertical direction in the inside of a washing tank 22 and in the inside of the drying chamber 31.
