摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the erection man-hour and period of a tower building and prevent the constructive blocks from swinging during these lift and increase the operation rate. CONSTITUTION:A lifting mechanism 1 is installed on an existing section of a tower structure to raise a shattle crane 2, a scaffold structure 11, and a roof 13. The structural, blocks 3a, 4a are hoisted by use of the shattle crane 2 to fix them in turn. At the same time, horizontal beams 5 mounted on the scaffold structure 11 in advance are fixed to erect the building. The erection work efficiency is increased by the simultaneous work and the roof 13 which enables works in rain and the construction period and man-hour can be remarkably reduced. And a guide rail 25 is used as a preventive mechanism to prevent the constructive blocks 3a, 4a from swinging during the lifting work.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency by placing an outer cylinder to a certain level, then installing a turret and a hangup/draw-in device in the upper part of the outer cylinder so as to be elevated and sunk by an elevation/ sinking device, and supporting an inner and an outer scaffold with possibility of elevating and sinking. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 2 is placed to a certain level, and on this cylinder 2 are installed a turret 3, rower leech 4, winch 5, hangup/draw-in device 6, outer scaffold 7, inner scaffold 8, guide post 9, and a heaving member 10. Blocks 2a of divided outer cylinder are arranged in such a way as surrounding the bottom of the existing outer cylinder 2, secured to one another provisionally, and lifted up to the top position of the existing outer cylinder 2 by the winch 5. Each block 2a is further divided, and the produced segments are drawn inward in radial direction by the hangup/draw-in device 6 and undergo surface run-in process, and the joining parts are welded. Then they are placed on the outer cylinder 2. The whole turret 3 is elevated by the heaving member 10, and guide post 9 situated undermost is filled as replacement by the power leech 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period, by a method wherein a work platform mechanism is lifted by jacking-up devices being raised along external board-reinforcing members, following which a set of horizontal beams are stacked in multistage shape and the work platform mechanism is simultaneously raised, and thus blocks of a towerlike structure and horizontal beams are fixed. CONSTITUTION:Internal and external cylindrical blocks 3a, 4a are progressively lifted by a tower crane 1, and the external cylindrical blocks 4a divided and the internal cylindrical blocks 3a are respectively installed at an upper work platform 11a and at a lower work platform 11b. At this time, stoppers 91, 92 for each of guide supports 9 are engaged with a ring 12, securing pins for upper and lower clamping devices each are inserted into pin holes, and thus supporting devices for masts 10 are ready to break away from the ring 12. After that, the work platforms 11a, 11b are lifted by jacking-up devices, the masts 10 are moved to the most upper position and supporting devices for the masts 10 are engaged with a ring 12. During this work, horizontal beams 7 are placed, following which the stoppers 91, 92 are allowed to break away from the ring 12 and the jacking-up devices are lowered by operating and thus the guide supports 9 rise. After that, the upper and lower stoppers 91, 92 are engaged with a ring 12 and the supporting devices for the masts 10 are allowed to break away from the ring 12. Such erecting movements are repeated and a chemney stack is progressively erected.
