    • PURPOSE:To restrict a sudden steam pressure drop, in a steam turbine driven by the steam generated by means of waste heat from a gas turbine, by closing a steam control valve related to the said steam turbine, according to the amount of the pressure drop, when the front steam pressure of the valve drops. CONSTITUTION:When the operation of either one of steam generators 3a-3c in a combined plant is suspended and when the amount of steam supplied to a steam turbine 8 decreases, the value of a steam pressure measured with a measuring instrument 21, which detects the front steam pressure of a steam control valve 7, also decreases. Then, the output from a subtracter 22, which calculates a difference between said measured value and the value, whose rate of change was restricted to a predetermined value by a rate-of change-limiter 23, turns from zero to a positive signal, while a negative signal is output from the first function generator 24 when the input from the subtracter 22 exceeds the predetermined value. Next, the negative signal, which becomes smaller in accordance with both reduced amount in input and reduced speed, is output from a proportional differential controller 29. According to this negative signal, the steam control valve 7 is closed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the controllability of a proportion controller by providing a divider and an adder between the changing rate limiters set at the output input sides of a changeover switch respectively. CONSTITUTION:A proportion controller, e.g., a rotational frequency controller for steam turbine consists of a changing rate limiter 25, a deviation computing element 26, proportion computing element 27, an analog memory 29, a changeover switch 30, etc. This controller receives the input of the real rotational frequency 21, the target rotational frequency, etc., of the steam turbine and transmits an operation output signal 32 is steam control valve. In this case, a divider 31 and an adder 33 are added. In a manual operation, the signal 32 is divided by the value of the setter 28 at the divider 31 and the added with the frequency 21 at the adder 33. The result of the these operations is supplied to the limiter 25 set at the input side. As a result, no sudden change is produced even when the manual operation is switched to an automatic operation since the set rotation frequency of the turbine is equal to the output of the limiter 25 of the input side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To duplex a servo card, to exchange the card during an operation and to improve reliability in a digital controller controlling the control valve of a power generation plant and the like. SOLUTION: The servo cards 31a and 31b are connected to the control valve 5 by duplexing them. Opening degree commands (S1a and S1b) from CPU 50 are inputted through a computer bus 14, are D/A-converted inside and are proportionally operated in proportional computing elements 1a and 1b. When switch circuits 4a and 4b are turned off, the command signals are outputted to the control valve 5. An external logic circuit 51 drives either a signal generator 7a or 7b. Either the switch circuit 4a or 4b is turned off by the signal and the control valve 5 is driven. The external logic circuit 51 drives the signal generator of the other servo card so that it is turned on when the servo card during the operation failure and the card which fails is turned off. The normal card is driven from the card during the failure. Then, 32 and 33 are connectors and the card can be exchanged when it fails.

The computer system 2 converts the control data and the signal name data from the input device 3 to plot data, respectively, and outputs them to a graphic terminal 4. The graphic terminal 4 obtains the same control block diagram as that obtained on the CRT screen of the maintenance tool 1 by the plot data from the computer system 2, and also, generates the control block diagram 6 as a whole by applying the post script of control logic outside the digital controller, etc., by performing general plot processing.

CONSTITUTION:When an operator pushes a faceplate display key and the faceplate is displayed, this faceplate is compared with the last faceplate, which is displayed by pushing the key last time, and when they are the same, the faceplate at the page next to the faceplate, which is displayed in a CRT display at this stage, is displayed. In the different case, the initial page, which is registered at this stage, is read out from an initial page registering memory 19 to check that the faceplate exists in the initial page of the operated key, and in the case of YES, this faceplate is displayed, and in the case of NO, the faceplate of the first page is displayed. When the initial page is set at five and the described key is operated, the fifth page, namely, an objective faceplate of the fifth system is displayed with one time key operation. The faceplate related to a system which is operated at this stage is displayed by pushing a key.
