摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that in a rice cooker having a heat radiation plate mounted to a lid body, when a gluten container for storing gluten and returning the gluten to an inner pot from a gluten returning hole, is mounted to the heat radiation plate, the gluten returning hole is stuffed with soybean hulls or the like when cooking rice with mixed grains or the like.SOLUTION: Steam generated in rice cooking is led from a steam port 5a of the gluten container 5 mounted to the heat radiation plate 4 through a guide tube 9, and is discharged from an exhaust port 11 of the lid body 3 through a filter portion 9b. The gluten separated from a part of the steam let into the gluten container 5 is stored in a collection recessed portion 13 of the gluten container 5 once, and is returned into the inner pot 1 from the gluten returning hole 5d. When cooking the rice with mixed grains or the like, the soybean hulls or the like are included in bubbles ascending during the rice cooking, there are cases wherein the hulls or the like flow into the guide tube 9 from the steam port 5 of the gluten container 5. The filter portion 9b of the guide tube 9 blocks that the hulls or the like flowing into the guide tube flow into the gluten container 5.
