摘要： PURPOSE:To form a winding conductor of a flat side face by pressure molding a conductor before winding it. CONSTITUTION:Pressure molding means 10 is provided between an uncoiler 1 and winding means 3. The means 10 pressure-molds a conductor 2 in a direction parallel to the axis 4a of a winding shaft 4. The means 10 has a stationary mold 11 for receiving the conductor 2, a movable mold 12 so disposed as to hold the conductor 2, and a driving mechanism 13. Thus, in order to form the side face of the conductor 2 to be deformed ln an uneven state during winding in a state having no deformation after winding, it is pressure molded in advance before winding. In this manner, a winding conductor having a flat side face including no deformation can be formed after winding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method of a superconductor which has been heat-treated, where bending strain is controlled without having to move a drum for conductor supply. SOLUTION: In this winding method of a superconductor which has been heat-treated, the superconductor is wound with a drum for conductor supply which can be rotated at a fixed position, led out from the drum while bending strain is restricted and disposed at a winding start position on a winding frame. As the winding work progresses, bending strain is estimated by analysis using a finite element method. On the basis of estimation, by rotating the drum at a constant position, the superconductor is wound while bending strain is adjusted, and a winding is formed. When bending strain is adjusted, the position of a conductor supplying port, the position of winding to the winding frame and a conductor length between the above positions are adjusted. The lee-out angle of the superconductor in the tangential line direction of the drum and an angle of the superconductor to a tangential line direction of the winding frame at the position of winding are adjusted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of the title superconducting coil device by a method wherein a spiral electromagnetic supporting member, having an aperture part on the outer circumferential side of a coil, is formed by chipping it out from a cylinder-shaped structural material, and after the outside surface of the conduit of a conductive type superconducting material has been insulation-treated, a superconducting coil is wound in such a manner that it is buried in the aperture part. CONSTITUTION:Spiral electromagnetic force supporting members 17 and 17 are chipped out from cylindrical high strength steel, a conduit type superconducting conductor 7 is fitted to an aperture part 18 and wound thereon. A turn-to-turn insulation-treated part 19 is provided on the conductor 7, and the increase of an eddy current loss generated by the contact between supporting members 17 and 17 is prevented by interposing an insulating sheet 20 between them. Also, a multilayer structure is formed by providing an interlayer insulating material 21, parts 22a and 22b that connect conductors between layers, a connection part between conduit type superconducting material for high magnetic field and one for low magnetic field, a spacer 23, a spool 24, an electromagnetic force supporting member and a ground insulation 26. According to this constitution, electromagnetic force is supported by the spiral supporting member the grading of coil is facilitated, and a reliable current transformer can be obtained.

SOLUTION: This expander is provided with an adiabatic expansion device 22 incorporatol with a turbine impeller 12 to lead very low temperature gas, to adiabatic expansion by its rotation, a brake device 24 coaxially connected to the turbine impeller 12 for braking this; and a variable nozzle mechanism 30 for changing a throat area of the very low temperature gas introduced to the turbne impeller 12. The adiabatic expansion device 22 is installed in a vacuum vessel 14, and the brake device 24 is installed outside the vacuum vessel 14. The variable nozzle mechanism 30 comprises a nozzle member 32 built in the adiabatic expansion device 22, and a drive member 34 installed outside the vacuum vessel 14. The nozzle member 32 and the drive member 34 are connected to each other by a thin cylindrical member 36 which is coaxial with the turbine impeller 12, and the nozzle member 32 is driven by oscillation of the cylindrical member 36 around an axial center Z of the turbine impeller 12.

SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, each single coil is finished accurately separately in processes S1 to S5, and thereafter an aggregate coil is formed in an arrangement process s6 one by one and an inter-laminar gap is charged in an inter-laminar gap charging process S7. Therefore, in a conductor connection process S8, a connection place of an outlet of a single coil is arranged in an almost desired position. Accordingly, an outlet can be connected at a designed normal position, and interface matching with peripheral structures and devices can be performed readily.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a method by which it is possible to obtain an A3 B type superconducting wire material having excellent workability and a small AC loss. CONSTITUTION: Filaments 2 of Nb or Nb base alloy are embedded in a matrix 1 of Cu-Sn group alloy so as to form composite material. The composite material is touched to stabilizing material 5 so as to form a single structure. In the single structure, a Ta layer 3 which produces no superconducting compound cooperating with the single structure by heating treatment is arranged along the whole length of the single structure as a diffusion barrier which separates stabilizing metal 5 from the composite material. In a manufacture of superconducting wire material by which the single structure is heating treated so that Nb or Nb group alloy is allowed to react with the Sn of the matrix 1 so as to form a superconducting compound Nb3 Sn, an Nb layer 4 is arranged between the Ta layer 3 and the stabilizing metal 5 as an additional barrier, and processing is conducted. In that case, as the thickness ratio of Ta and Nb, the range of 1:0.3 to 1:3 is selected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a forming process and ensure the accuracy of dimensions of a coil by providing an insulating layer so as to surround the supporting container housing a sheath tube. CONSTITUTION:A sheath tube 11 wherein in the hollow part a supercoonducting wire 12 is housed, a supporting container 14 prepared in a coil form and constituted dividably along an axial direction and housing a sheath tube 11, and an insulating layer 16 so as to surround the supporting container 14 are provided. In other words, since the sheath tube 11 can withstand an internal pressure and electromagnetic force at quenching by the intensity of the supporting container 14, a thin one for the sheathe tube 11 itself can be used. This enables forming process to be easily performed without creating a deformation. Thus, since the supporting container 14 machined beforehand is used, the dimensional accuracy as a coil can be ensured.
