Information on flaws and cracks outside a pipe can be obtained without being affected by noises. The reduction in number of wiring can eliminate an incorrect wiring. Moreover, the number of connector terminals is reduced, so that a yield is improved and cost reduction is realized.

A frame is strongly held against shock or the like and opening of the contact is prevented.
