摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a box type structure 44 with a closed section at the peripheral portion of a metal panel and to reduce the plate thickness of the metal panel by providing a reinforcing structure formed by bending a metal plate with a support member for supporting the reinforcing structure which is bonded to the metal plate with fastening rivets and an adhesive. SOLUTION: A box type structure 44 with a closed section for increasing the rigidity of a metal panel 41 has a vertical part 45 bent at right angle to a panel body 43, an inwardly bent part 46 bent inwardly from the vertical part 45 parallel to the panel body 43, a receiving part 47 which is further bent inwardly from the inwardly bent part 46 and a part of which overlaps an inwardly bent part 36, a support member 48 bonded to the receiving part 47. This box type structure 44 is formed by inserting fastening rivets into rivet holes in a state in which an adhesive is applied to the outside surface of the support member 48 and by plastically deforming the panel body 43.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembly operation time and to reduce weight and costs by equipping a frame that is composed by a steel plate for reinforcing an outer- surface body and a connection means utilizing a clamping tool and an adhesive for connecting the frames. SOLUTION: The skeleton structure of a large enclosure is provided with a floor surface reinforcing frame body 11 for reinforcing a floor surface plate in an outer surface body, a top surface reinforcing frame body 12 for reinforcing a top surface plate in the outer surface body, a frame body 13 for reinforcing a side plate in the outer surface body, and a post frame 14 being extended in a vertical direction. The frame bodies 11 to 13 and the post frame 14 are composed by the frame of a hot rolling steel plate. The frames are connected by a connection means where a rivet that is a clamping tool of the frames and an adhesive are used together, thus forming the skeleton structure of the enclosure and hence reducing weight and costs and reducing the assembly operation time of the skeleton structure of the enclosure.

The door side hardware 45 is fixed to the panel body 47 and the reinforcing structure 42 with an adhesive, and the reinforcing structure 42 is fixed to the door side hard ware 45 by a connecting means which includes an adhesive in combination with a rivet 59.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a housing for electronic apparatus, which is assembled by using a bonding agent together with a fastener such as a rivet to obtain a sufficient rigidity having a necessary earthquake resistance by applying a bonding agent to a connecting metal fitting and making connection between metal panels and between the metal panel and a connection metal fitting. CONSTITUTION: An L-shaped corner metal fitting 57 which is a connection metal fitting with a bonding agent applied to (a part shown by hatching) is inserted into the slit 55 of a side plate panel 33, and the first leg part 57a of the connection metal fitting 57 is bonded to the inner surface of the inward bent part 54 of the side plate panel 33, and the second leg part 57b of the connection metal fitting 57 is bonded to the inner surface of the stand-up part 50 of a bottom plate panel 32. Next, a fastening tool such as a rivet is inserted into aligned rivet holes 56, 57 of two sheets of metal panels 32, 33 thus assembled, and the bottom plate panel 32 and the side plate panel 33 are firmly fastened to each other by plastic deformation. Therefore, this housing is assembled by using a bonding agent together with a fastening tool such as a rivet, thereby being able to obtain sufficient rigidity having a necessary earthquake resistance.
