    • PURPOSE:To improve the capacity of speed detection by installing two kinds of speed detectors having different resolution, a changeover switch selecting either one of these speed detectors and a speed detector computing motor speed corresponding to the resolution of the speed detector selected by the changeover switch. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of speed detectors 5a, 5b of a speed detector 5a being used at the time of intermediate and low speed revolution and having normal resolution and a speed detector 5b being employed at the time of high speed revolution and having low resolution, changeover switches 9a, 9b selecting either one of these speed detectors 5a, 5b and a speed detector 7a computing motor speed corresponding to the resolution of the speed detector selected by the changeover switches 9a, 9b are mounted. Consequently, when a spindle motor 4 is operated, motor speed is controlled by using the speed detector having normal resolution when the motor is worked in intermediate and low speed revolution regions, and the speed detector is changed over to the speed detector having low resolution and motor speed is controlled when the motor is operated in a high speed revolution region. Accordingly, a controller controlling speed within a wide range with high accuracy and having excellent noise resistance can be acquired.

    • PURPOSE:To realize stable fixed position stop operation in the shortest time by automatically optimizing position control loop gain and/or speed control loop gain according to the magnitude of load inertia. CONSTITUTION:A load inertia calculation circuit 19 sets creep speed Wci in a constant speed direction circuit C15. When load inertia is small, creep speed Wci becomes equal to Wc, but when it is large, creep speed Wci becomes smaller than Wc. In addition, load inertia calculation circuit 19 set position control loop gain Gpi in position control speed direction circuit 26. When load inertia is small, position control loop gain Gpi become value Gp, but when it is large, position control loop gain Gpi becomes smaller than value Gp. A fixed position stop motion control circuit 11 drives at a creep speed of Wci until position deviation thetas-thetar is reduced to a value of thetac or less. When position deviation thetas-thetar becomes a value of thetac or less, speed deviation Wpi-Wr is given to a speed control circuit 53.

That is, a switch changeover operating part 29 makes changeover setting of switches 27a, 28a to 'open' and switches 27b, 28b to 'close' on the basis of a gain changeover signal GCS from an NC 1, and the gains B of a position loop gain circuit 22b and a speed loop gain circuit 25b are set to a larger gain value than the gains A of gain circuits 22a, 25a.

    • PURPOSE:To extremely widen the flexibility of a position detecting system, by dividing a position detecting circuit and a position controlling circuit respectively into the two systems of the circuits for an encoder system and for a magnetic sensor, and by composing the circuits to be arbitrarily selected. CONSTITUTION:In a one-amplifier and two-motor change-over controller, the stopping of a first main shaft motor 5 at a home position is controlled by an encoder 7, and the stopping of a second main shaft motor 9 at a home position is controlled by a magnetic sensor 12. By the instruction of a change-over controlling circuit 1, during the moving of the first main shaft motor 5, a contactor 17 and change-over switches 22, 24a, 26 are turned ON, and the circuit A of the encoder system of a position controlling circuit 16a is connected to, and by a power converter circuit 4, home position stop working with the encoder system for the final shaft 5a of the first main shaft motor 5 is performed. During the moving of the second main shaft motor 9, a contactor 18 and change- over switches 23, 25b, 27 are turned ON, and connected with the circuit B of the magnetic sensor system of the position controlling circuit 16a.
