    • PURPOSE:To obtain the solenoid coil in which super-conductive breakdown will be prevented by a method wherein, when a super-conductive coil is manufactured, a fibrous enamel-coated electrically insulated material and conductor, whereon a double coating is performed, are used. CONSTITUTION:Enamel 6, containing epoxy resin as an impregnant, is applied and baked on the surface of a super-conductive conductor 1, and a super-conductive wire rod 7 is formed by winding a fibrous electrically insulated material 2 on the above conductor 1. Then, a super-conductive solenoid coil is formed by winding a plurality of the wire rod 7 in such a manner that they are maintained in a lined up form. Through these procedures, as the enamel 6 is coatd by baking on the super-conductive conductor 1, the adhesive strength between the two materials are high, and also as both enamel 6 and the epoxy resin are organic high molecular compound, their affinity is excellent and the adhesive strength between the enamel 6 and the epoxy resin is high. Accordingly, when tensile stress is applied, no slipping is generated among the conductor 1, the enamel 6 and the electrically insulated material, a rise in temperature is reduced, and no decline of critical value is generated.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of the superconductive magnets and obtain the great suspension force of a superconductive magnetically suspension railway by a method wherein a suspension coil constructed on the ground is divided into right and left side and are arranged symmetrically against the lines of the superconductive magnets loaded and almost vertically arranged on a car. CONSTITUTION:The suspension coils 8 are constructed on a track 4 and the superconductive magnets 7 arranging almost vertically against the coils 8 are provided on a car body 1. The propulsion guide coils 6 are constructed on the track 4 confronting with the superconductive magnets 7, and the car body 1 is propelled by the electromagnetic force generated between the susperconductive magnets 7 and the propulsion guide coils 6. The suspension coils 8 are divided into right and left side and arranged symmetrically against the lines of the superconductive magnets 7, and the body 1 is kept in suspension by the electromagnetic force generated between the superconductive magnets 7 and the suspension coils 8. By this construction, a greater suspension force can be obtained without increasing the number of turns of the suspension coils 8 compared with the case in which the suspension coils 8 are arranged without divided, and thereby the supermagnetic forces of the superconductive magnets 7 do not have to be large and the rolling of the car body 1 can be reduced.
