The 2nd magnetic layer is heated by a heating mechanism so as to lose its magnetism, by which the information is recorded on the 1st magnetic film 2 or the information is reproduced from the magnetic card. The recording of the information on the magnetic card or the reproducing of the information from the magnetic card is thereby facilitated with the simple constitution.
