摘要： A method of mass spectrometry is disclosed for determining if a mutated variant of a target protein is present in a sample. The method comprises subjecting the sample to fragmentation so as to cause said target protein to fragment to form second generation fragment ions, and then mass analysing these fragment ions to obtain spectral data. 摘要： A method and device for blood treatment involving infusion of replacement fluid are provided. In an embodiment, fluid is passed either by pump or passively by gravity feed, through a microporous sterilization filter from a fluid source to a replacement fluid container. The latter forms a batch that may be used during treatment. The advantage of forming the batch before treatment is that the rate of filtering needn't match the rate of consumption during treatment. As a result, the sterilization filter can have a small capacity. In another embodiment, a filter is placed immediately prior to the point at which replacement fluid is injected into the patient's bloodstream. The latter may be used in combination with the former embodiment as a last-chance guarantee of sterility and/or that the fluid is free of air bubbles. It may also be used as the primary means of sterile-filtration.

摘要： The present invention relates to systems and methods for providing screen sharing techniques to selectively share portions of the screen between a source node and a consumer node. The source node, such as the computer of a presenter of an online meeting, may transmit screen data to a consumer node, such as the computer of an attendee of the online meeting. The consumer or attendee computer uses the screen data to display the screen of the source or presenter's computer. The techniques of the present invention provide a mechanism for not sharing a selective portion of the presenter's screen during screen sharing. So, although a certain element may be displayed on the screen of the presenter, the present invention prevents an attendee from viewing the user interface element in the screen share session.
