    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a cover member and to improve material yield.SOLUTION: A clamping device 7 having an annular clamping part 71 for holding the outer peripheral edge of a decorative sheet material 5, and a mold 8 which corresponds to the surface shape of a base material 3 and has a molding surface 82 where a plurality of evacuating holes 82a formed to penetrate the molding surface 82 are prepared. The clamping part 71 of the clamping device 7 and a decorative sheet material 5 are heated to be softened. The softened decorative sheet material 5 is carried out press-contact with the molding surface 82. The decorative sheet material 5 in a state in which it is in press-contact with the molding surface 82, is sucked from the evacuating holes 82a to thereby meet the molding surface 82, and thus the cover member 4 is vacuum-molded which meets the molding surface of the base material 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform the formation of an opening part and the molding of a resin molding while eliminating trouble such as the generation of burr. SOLUTION: A housing hole 22 is provided in a lower mold 2 and a slide mold 4 and a hydraulic cylinder 5 for driving the slide mold up and down are housed in the housing hole. A curved surface part 43, a contact surface 44 and a positioning pin 45 are formed to the outer periphery on the leading end side of the slide mold 4 while a curved surface part 32, a flat surface 44 and a recessed hole 35 are formed to an upper mold 3. At first, the slide mold is raised to bring the contact surface into close contact with the flat surface. Next, after a molten resin P is supplied to a molding surface 21, the upper mold is allowed to fall toward the lower mold to perform mold clamping. At this time, the slide mold is allowed to fall while held to the close contact state with a second mold as first and second molds are subjected to mold clamping operation. The positional shift of the slide mold is prevented by a positioning pin to keep the close contact state of the slide mold and the second mold and the generation of burr on the parting line being the boundary of both surfaces is certainly prevented.

These gates 16, 17 are provided to the downstream ends of branch passages 18, 19 for supply the resin to be gathered to a gathering passage 20 to be connected to a resin extruder 21. Therefore, the thickness irregularity or weld inferiority of an interior material is eliminated and color matching work can be made easy.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically conduct without manual labor by folding to bond the edge of a sheet bonded by differential pressure molding on a base material having an end flat face or a downward edge by a lifting member toward the end flat face or the downward edge and cutting off an excessive sheet. CONSTITUTION:A base material 20 having an end flat face 22 or a downward edge 21 and a synthetic resin sheet 30 are superposed on a differential pressure mold 10 having a collar 11 at its top. Then, the peripheral edge of the sheet 30 is secured obliquely downward, the mold 10 of differential pressure state is moved down by utilizing its pressure difference or by a drive source, such as a cylinder to suck or press the sheet 30 toward the rear face of the end of the material 20 or the downward space of the collar 11. Then, the sheet 30 is pressed by a lifting member 40 under the collar 11 to the lower space around the material 20 to bond it to the rear face 23 of the end of the material 20 or the inner face of the downward edge 21. Further, the vicinity of the folded end of the pressed part of the sheet 30 is cut by a heating cutting edge 50 provided at the mold 10. Thus, the bonding and cutting and removing works of the sheet can be conducted in the same step as the differential pressure molding step.
