    • PURPOSE: To prevent the cause of disconnection or short-circuit by preventing the generation of a bur and holding gold plating of an electrode, by using a material having a modulus of elasticity higher than that of a second electrode to form an underlay and performing drilling processing by a drilling tool in such a state that the gap between the second electrode and the underlay is eliminated by pressing a block to both of them from a first electrode side.
      CONSTITUTION: The second electrode 3 in the outlet side of a drill 8 being a drilling tool is placed on an underlay 4 made of a material having modulus of elasticity higher than that of the second electrode 3, for example, an iron plate. Next, a block 5 is placed on an insulating plate 1 from the side of a first electrode 2 in the penetration side of the drill 8 and the second electrode 3 is pressed to the underlay 4 in such a state a drilling part can be looked from the piercing hole 6 of the block 5 to fix both of them in a closely contacted state. After this state is set up, if drilling processing is applied to the first electrode 2, the insulating plate 1 and a second electrode 4 by the drill 8 to form a piercing hole 7, because the periphery of the drilling part is tightly pressed by the underlay 4 and the block 5, an escape route permitting the getting-out of a bur is eliminated in the side of the second electrode 3 and the generation of the bur can be prevented.
