    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily restore a metallic material even by a worker having no high level technique by press working by using powder as a tool the metallic material whose material is made partially ununiform owing to work hardening caused by bending deformation. SOLUTION: Powder 5 is filled into the bent valley part of a metal plate stock 4 subjected to bending deformation. Hereupon, the side wall of the bent valley part of the plate stock into which the powder is filled is pressed by a side wall die so that the powder 5 does not leak. When press working is executed in this state, the plate stock is gradually returned to flatness without generating an inverse camber. Moreover, when the shape of the surface in which a punch 1 comes into contact witch the plate stock 4 is changed, the plate stock is also returned to the other shape excepting a fiat plate. Next, when a pressure sheet, which is discolored by exertion of pressure and in which the distribution of pressure is recognized from density of color, is inserted between the plate stock 4 subjected to the bendingdeformation and the powder 5 and the fact that what kind of force exerts on the plate stock from the powder in the working is investigated, a local force is proved to exert on the bent part only of the plate stock, and the force is proved not to exert on an unnecessary place but to exert on the part only desired to the unbent.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of surface flaws and deformation of sectional form and to miniaturize the device in a bender that makes bending work by fixing an end of a pipe, by making the bending work while rotating a guide roller that holds the pipe between a fixed roll. CONSTITUTION:Frames 1, 2 are fixed with four bolts, and an end of a pipe 27 is fixed by a fixing slide 12 and a fixing metal fitting 23. The recessed curve face of the fitting 23 and recessed curve face of a fixed roll 21 are connected, and a guide roll block 15 is placed in close contact with an erected edge 14 on an end of an arm 13 and a stopper plate 19 fixed thereto. A rod pin of a hydraulic pressure cylinder for driving 28 is pivoted on another end of the arm 13, and a center pin 22 of the roll 21 is inserted at a proper position of the arm 13. The arm 13 is rotated around the pin 22 by driving the cylinder 28. Both faces of the pipe 27 are held between the guide roller 18 and the roll 21, and the pipe 27 is bent along the recessed curve face of the roll 21 by the roller 18 that turns while rotating around the pin 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread spectrum type radar device capable of suppressing an alias signal used as a virtual image and reducing misrecognition of the existence of an object.
      SOLUTION: The spread spectrum type radar device 100 comprises a generation section 101 of a pseudo-noise code for transmission for generating a pseudo-noise code for transmission; a diffusion modulating section 102 for diffusing a carrier wave using the pseudo-noise code for transmission; an antenna 104 for transmission, an antenna 105 for reception; a generating section 106 of a pseudo-noise code for reception for generating a pseudo-noise code for reception time-delaying from the pseudo noise code for transmission; a diffusion demodulating section 107 for back-diffusing a received signal using the pseudo-noise code for reception and outputting a correlation signal; a code change control section 109 for changing the pseudo-noise code for transmission and pseudo-noise code for reception to a different kind of pseudo-noise code for each predetermined period; and a correlation value arithmetic section 108 for averaging or integrating the intensity of the correlation signal obtained by diffusion demodulation with respect to the number of kinds of pseudo-noise codes generated.
