    • PURPOSE:To improve the safety by changing determining conditions to conform to the real seasonal situation by observing actual gas consumption patterns for a certain period for each season. CONSTITUTION:When a start signal applying means 12 is activated by an external setting unit 6 through an external signal control section 15, a start signal is sent to a timer 11 to start the counting of predetermined period. At the same time, data is updated in a seasonal consumption conditions memory section 13 selected by the external setting unit 6 in order to memorize the maximum value of the gas consumption pattern. When the counting is completed, the latest data are sent from the seasonal consumption conditions memory section 13 to a suitable consumption conditions changing section 14, where the initial data and latest data are compared, and new conditions are reset to the safe side. Meanwhile, where there are variations of gas appliances and their usage time according to the seasons, consumption patterns for each season are similarly memorized in a seasonal comsumption conditions memory section 13. Since the seasonal consumption conditions memory section 13 memorizes two consumption patterns, the switching to suitable conditions can be done by the external setting unit 6 when the season changes from the following year.

    • PURPOSE:To expose plural operation buttons, etc., for operating a tape recorder only when a cassette tape is loaded and placed in a running state by providing an operation panel which slides associatively with an automatic cassette tape loading mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When the 1st and the 2nd cams 21 and 24 are rotated clockwise, the 2nd relay plate 17 energized by a spring 20 as shown by an arrow A is slid by bringing a shaft 23 under the control of the cam surface 21a of the 1st cam 21. When the 2nd relay plate 17 is slid, the 2nd operation panel 40 coupled with stepped curve parts 17d and 17e of the relay plate 17 slides inside of an operation panel 43 as shown by the arrow A associatively with the relay plate 17. When the 2nd relay plate 17 is slid, a holder holding plate 34 energized clockwise by a spring 38 is rotated clockwise by bringing the shaft 37 of a leg part 34a under the control of the cam hole 17a of the relay plate 17. Therefore, a cassette holder 39 is transported and the cassette tape 2 is loaded in a tape loading part. Further, when the 2nd relay plate 17 is slid, the 2nd detection switch 42 is operated by the projection part 17b of the relay plate 17 to stop a motor 28, and the cassette tape 2 is held while loaded in the tape loading part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the effect of a transient noise or the like and prevent the occurrence of erroneous judgement by applying the constitution that an input port judgement part inspects voltage, upon receipt of a port judgement normal signal, the abnormality of a circuit is judged when the voltage is equal to or below the preset level and, then, the circuit abnormality is reported. SOLUTION: An input port judgement part 5, upon receipt of an output signal from a periodic timer part 1 to periodically output a voltage inspection signal A, judges the status of an input port and outputs a port judgement normal signal D and a port judgement abnormality signal E. A voltage detection part 2, upon receipt of the port judgement normal signal D, inspects voltage. Then, the voltage detection part 2 outputs a voltage drop signal B, when the voltage is equal to or lower than the preset value, and a voltage normal signal C when the voltage is abnormal. Also, a circuit abnormality judgement part 6, upon receipt of the port judgement abnormality signal E, identifies a circuit abnormality and outputs a circuit abnormality reporting signal F. In this way, the input port judgement part 5 judges the status of the input port to read a judgement signal for voltage inspection, before implementing the inspection, thereby avoiding judgement about a voltage drop in the case of an abnormality.
