    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive connection member that uses Pb-free solder causing less whisker, especially the one used by engagement to provide electrical connection.
      SOLUTION: The conductive connection member comprises a substrate 4 consisting of an insulating base member 1 and a conductor layer 2 formed on the base member 1, and a Pb-free solder layer 3 formed on the conductor layer 2. The substrate 4 comprises a member that absorbs the inner stress that occurs when the Pb-free solder layer 3 is applied with external load. The conductive connection member decreases the inner stress of the Pb-free solder layer 3 to suppress occurrence of whiskers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely clamp a disk by elastically pressing the disk against a turntable with a disk holding member which is turnably held by a cylindrical groove part of the turntable, together with an elastic member. SOLUTION: Three disk holding members 6 are held via their rotary axes (e) by the cylindrical groove part (a) of a recessed part of the turntable 2. Then, the elastic member 7 formed out of a rubber such as silicon rubber in a cross-sectional circular shape is provided between the disk holding member 6 and the turntable 2, to elastically press the disk against the turntable 2 in the radial direction. When the disk is inserted into a clamp hole, the disk holding member 6 is turned around the rotary axis to the outer circumferential side, and the disk is elastically pressed toward the mounting surface in the radial direction, so that the disk can surely be clamped. Moreover, by setting the length of the disk holding member 6 in the projecting direction of a pressing surface longer than the thickness of the disk, the disk is surely brought into contact with the clamp hole, and the device is made thin.

    • PURPOSE:To read both built-in and marketed CD-ROMs by providing a part for pressing the marketed CD-ROM on a member for holding the built-in CD- ROM in an inner surface of a cover opposite to a turntable freely movably by a spring. CONSTITUTION:A middle part 7a of the holding member 7 and the pressing part 7b are engaged with a middle part 4a and a recessed groove part 4c of the turntable 4, and a back surface of the middle part 7a is freely movably fitted to the inner surface of the cover part 2 via a spring material 10. The middle part 7a is fitted into a center hole of the built-in CD-ROM 8, and a projection 7c is engaged with an engagement hole 8b to hold the member 7, so that a recording surface of the ROM 8 is close opposite to an optical pickup 5. Underneath this ROM 8, the marketed CD-ROM 11 is set with its center hole 11a engaged with the middle part 4a, and is elastically pressed by the pressing part 7b and held by the member 7 from the upper and lower sides, so that a recording surface is close opposite to the pickup 5. Thus, the built-in and marketed ROMs 8 and 11 can both be set and read out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device wherein a whisker is hardly generated even when a load is locally applied from the tip of a terminal and the device is conductively connected to the terminal, and which is provided with a conductive connection part using Pb-free solder.
      SOLUTION: The electronic circuit device is provided with a conductive connection part 11a and electric wiring 11b extending from the conductive connection part 11a, and the conductive connection part 11a is provided at least with an insulative base member 1, a conductive layer 2 formed on the base member 1, a Pb-free solder layer 3 formed on the conductive layer 2, and a reinforcing material 5 adhered to the base member 1 with an adhesive agent 4. Then at least either of the reinforcing material 5 and the adhesive agent 4 includes such a member that absorbs internal stress generated in the Pb-free solder layer 3 when a load is locally applied to the Pb-free solder layer 3 from the tip 12 of a terminal. Thus, the internal stress in the Pb-free solder layer 3 can be reduced to suppress the generation of the whisker.
