摘要： The present invention is directed to blocked biuret group-containing polyisocyanate compositions, wherein the blocking agent is of the formula: wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 may be the same or different and represent a moiety selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl and C3-C6-cycloalkyl, R5 represents a moiety selected from the group consisting of C1-C10-alkyl and C3-C10-cycloalkyl, and B is a group according to one of the following structural formulas wherein each occurrence of R6, R7, and R8 may be the same or different and represent a moiety selected from the group consisting of C1-C6-alkyl and C3-C6-cycloalkyl and R9 is a moiety selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl and C3-C6-cycloalkyl.

摘要： The present invention relates to a blocked polyisocyanate which is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate withi) 60 to 99.9 equivalent percent, based on the equivalents of isocyanate groups of the polyisocyanate prior to blocking, of an oxime or lactam blocking agent for isocyanate groups andii) 0.1 to 40 equivalent percent, based on the equivalents of isocyanate groups of the polyisocyanate prior to blocking, of hydrazine and/or a compound which is soluble in either the polyisocyanate, the blocking agent or an optional organic solvent for the polyisocyanate and contains the group, H(R)N--NR--CO--, wherein the carbonyl group is bound to carbon or nitrogen and R represents hydrogen or an optionally substituted hydrocarbon radical. The present invention also relates to a one-component coating composition containing this blocked polyisocyanate and a compound containing at least two isocyanate-reactive groups and to coated substrates prepared from this one-component coating composition which additionally contains an acid.

摘要： The present invention relates to process for preparing a coated substrate having improved resistance to yellowing which comprises coating a substrate with a one-component coating composition containinga) a blocked polyisocyanate which is the reaction product of a polyisocyanate with an oxime or lactam blocking agent for isocyanate groups andb) a compound containing at least two isocyanate-reactive groups,provided that component a) and/or component b) contains the group, --CO--(R)N--N(R)--CO--, wherein R represents hydrogen or an optionally substituted hydrocarbon radical, in an amount of 0.01 to 5% by weight, based on the solids content of components a) and b),by applying the one-component coating composition wet-on-wet to a coating composition containing acid groups and/or melamine resins which has previously been applied to the substrate or by adding a melamine resin to the one-component coating composition prior to applying it to the substrate, which may optionally have been precoated.The present invention also relates to the coated substrate having improved resistance to yellowing prepared by this process.

摘要： The present invention relates to compounds having an isocyanate group content (calculated as NCO, MW 42) of 0.2 to 20% by weight and an alkoxysilane group content (calculated as Si, MW 28) of 0.2 to 4.5% by weight, wherein the preceding percentages are the weight of the compounds, and containing sufficient chemically incorporated hydrophilic groups to form a stable dispersion in water, wherein the alkoxysilane groups are incorporated as the reaction product ofi) a polyisocyanate component having a minimum average functionality of 2.4 and containing at least 50% by weight of polyisocyanate adducts andii) compounds containing secondary amino groups and alkoxysilane groups.The present invention is also directed to the use of these compounds in admixture with isocyanate-reactive resins in aqueous, two-component coating, adhesive and sealant compositions.

These flexible products are allophanate-modified, partially trimerized cycloaliphatic diisocyanates and are characterized by a low Tg. More specifically, the Tg of the resultant product ranges from about −30° C. to about 40° C., after the excess monomer has been removed from the product.

The present invention also relates to coatings, sealants and adhesives prepared from these compositions.
