摘要： Disclosed is a method for producing a conductive silver ink that has conductivity of a suitable level for a wiring material and uniform dispersion of silver particles, and can be sintered at low temperature. The method ensures excellent dispersion of silver particles by directly dispersing a silver ion complex in an organic solvent prior to reducing the silver ion complex into silver particles. The method includes reacting silver ions with branched chain carboxylic acid having 6 to 14 carbon atoms or its salt to form a silver ion complex; dispersing the silver ion complex in an organic solvent to prepare a silver ion complex-dispersed mixture; and adding a reducing agent to the silver ion complex-dispersed mixture to reduce the silver ions.

摘要： Disclosed is a composition for a conductive paste containing micrometer- size plate-shaped metal particles having a thickness of 200 nm or less. The composition comprises silver nano particles having an average particle size between 1 nm to 100 nm; and plate-shaped metal particles. Preferably, the micrometer-size plate-shaped metal particles have an average thickness of 200 nm or less. Preferably, the micrometer- size plate-shaped metal particles have horizontal and vertical sides of 1 to 20 μm size on average. The composition may further comprise metal nano particles such as copper, palladium and so on. And, the composition may further comprise carbon nanotubes, and the surface of the carbon nanotubes may be coated with metal nano particles. The use of such composition can reduce a sintering temperature to a low temperature of 150 °C or lower and decrease the thickness of a circuit wire for achieving the same resistance.

摘要： Disclosed is a conductive paste containing silver nanoparticles and silver-decorated carbon nanotubes. The conductive paste comprises 20 to 70 weight% of silver nanoparticles having an average particle size of 1 to 250 nm, and 0.01 to 2 weight% of silver-decorated carbon nanotubes. The conductive paste can achieve a suitable electrical conductivity for an RFID antenna or the like, due to effective formation of a conductive network resulted from an electrical connection of silver particles by the silver-decorated carbon nanotubes. The conductive paste prevents entanglement of carbon nanotubes due to silver decoration of carbon nanotubes, thereby eliminating the need of a process for dispersing the carbon nanotubes.

摘要： Disclosed is a composition for a conductive paste containing micrometer-thick silver microplates (or plate-shaped silver micro particles) surface-modified with metal nano particles. The composition can be sintered at a relatively low temperature between 150 to 300 °C. For this purpose, it needs not more than 65 % silver nano particles per the weight of the composition. The plate-shaped silver micro particles may be replaced with plate-shaped copper micro particles coated with silver. The composition for a conductive paste may comprise solely the metal- modified silver microplates as a conductive material, and further comprise metal nano particles. According to another aspect, the composition may further comprise carbon nanotubes in addition to the metal nano particles. As additional conductive materials, micrometer-size flake-shaped copper and/or silver particles may be further included.

摘要： PTC conductive polymer composition includes organic polymer containing polyolefin components essentially consisting of 30∼40w% high density polyethylene (HDPE), 20∼40w% low density polyethylene (LDPE) and 10∼30w% ethylene-acrylic-acid (EAA) or ethylene-vinyl-acetate (EVA), and 20∼30w% high or low density polyethylene which is denaturated into maleic anhydride compound; 60∼120w% electrical conductive particles dispersed into the organic polymer, the electrical conductive particles by weight of the organic polymer; and 0.2∼0.5w% peroxidic cross-linking agent added for cross-linking reaction by weight of the organic polymer. Thus, it becomes possible to control PTC characteristics such as switching temperature and trip time of an electrical device by suitably adjusting an added amount of the polyethylene, which is denaturated into maleic anhydride compound.
