摘要： An electrolyte includes a eutectic mixture composed of (a) an alkoxy alkyl group-containing amide compound having a specific chemistry formula; and (b) an ionizable lithium salt. The eutectic mixture contained in the electrolyte has excellent high temperature stability as well as inherent characteristics of eutectic mixtures such as excellent thermal stability and excellent chemical stability, so it contributes to improvement of high temperature stability and decrease the lowest limit of a electrochemical window. Thus, the electrolyte may be usefully applied to electrochemical devices using various anode materials.

摘要： The present invention relates to a non-aqueous electrolyte for rechargeable lithium batteries and to a rechargeable lithium battery comprising the same. The non-aqueous electrolyte for rechargeable lithium batteries comprising a lithium salt and an organic solvent according to the present invention comprises: from 1 wt.% to 10 wt.% of a compound containing an annular carbonate substituted with a specific halogen and containing a vinylene group or a vinyl group; and from 0.1 wt.% to 9 wt.% of a nitrile compound having an alkoxyalkyl group with from 2 to 12 carbon atoms. Rechargeable lithium batteries having the non-aqueous electrolyte of the present invention can prevent the battery catching fire during over-charging, and can also reduce the adverse phenomenon of battery swelling which occurs during high-temperature storage.

摘要： The present invention discloses (a) an amide compound containing an alkoxy alkyl group of a specific structure and a eutectic mixture of an ionisable lithium salt; and (b) an electrolyte containing a carbonate compound. Due to its eutectic mixture content, the electrolyte of the present invention displays excellent thermal stability, chemical stability and a low value for the lower limit of the electrochemical window. Additionally, the present invention is used effectively as an electrolyte in electrochemical devices employing various anodic materials because it exhibits sufficiently low viscosity and sufficiently high ion conductivity.

Considering a propagation environment, the base station allocates a whispering resource to a whispering area, the whispering resource being one part of the communication resource and the whispering area being a peripheral area of the first base station, and allocates a speaking resource to a speaking area, the speaking resource being other parts of the communication resource and the speaking area being a border area of a cell. When the resource request of the whispering area is increased, the base station further allocates a part of the speaking resource to the whispering area or increases a ratio of the whispering resource. When the resource request of the speaking area is increased, the base station controls a threshold value for identifying the whispering and speaking areas or increases a ratio of the speaking resource.

摘要： Disclosed is a cooperative relay station that relays between a base station and a mobile station when retransmitting a signal. Also, disclosed is a base station that receives a signal from a mobile station in mutual cooperation with the cooperative relay station. After the cooperative relay station receives and decodes a signal that the mobile station transmits to the base station or a service relay station, if an error of the decoded signal does not exist, it stores the received signal. If an error occurs when the base station decodes the signal that the mobile station transmits, the base station requests retransmission for the signal with the error to the cooperative relay station. If the cooperative relay station gets a request of retransmission, it transmits the signal that the base station requests to the base station. In this was, since an error rate may be reduced when the base station requests retransmission of the signal, resource reuse efficiency may become improved, interference may be reduced, and it is easy to adapt to a service being sensitive to time delay.
