摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating agitation device capable of conveying powdery and granular materials containing hazardous materials of large lumps, suppressing coating by using the powder and granular materials and thereby efficiently treating the powder and granular materials containing the hazardous materials to render the materials harmless.
SOLUTION: This device heat treats the powder and granular materials 11 containing the hazardous materials and a medicament 15 added to the powder and granular materials 11 in a hermetic state by a heating means 19 at a high temperature while conveying and agitating these materials to make the powder and granular materials 11 harmless and recovers the materials as treated materials 22. The heating means 19 is equipped with a cylindrical vessel 57 of a circular shape in a section in which the powder and granular materials 11 and the medicament 15 pass and which is inclined downward along the downstream side, a heating mechanism 58 which heats the powder and granular materials 11 and the medicament 15 through the cylindrical vessel 57 and a scraper 61 which has rotary vanes 60 for scooping up the powder and granular materials 11 and the medicament 15 along the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral wall 59 of the cylindrical vessel 57.
