The heating means 19 is equipped with a cylindrical vessel 57 of a circular shape in a section in which the powder and granular materials 11 and the medicament 15 pass and which is inclined downward along the downstream side, a heating mechanism 58 which heats the powder and granular materials 11 and the medicament 15 through the cylindrical vessel 57 and a scraper 61 which has rotary vanes 60 for scooping up the powder and granular materials 11 and the medicament 15 along the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral wall 59 of the cylindrical vessel 57.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for extracting powder in a hopper, by which the powder in the hopper can be extracted while being prevented from being compacted even when the powder has large density, the density of the powder is apt to be changed by external force and the powder has a large angle of repose and large moisture absorptivity.
      SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with the hopper 14 in which the powder 11 is stored and from which the stored powder 11 is made to fall through an opening 13 formed on the bottom plate 12 and an agitation blade 15 arranged to rotate in the horizontal direction for agitating the powder 11. The blade 15 is provided with a plurality of blade main bodies 20, 21 which are fit integrally to a boss 18 attached detachably to a blade driving shaft 16 penetrating the central part of the plate 12 and to the periphery of the boss 18 symmetrically and each of which has such a scooping angle α that the powder 11 can be scraped up along the rotation direction and toothed bottom scraping plates 22, 23 which are attached detachably to the main bodies 20, 21 respectively and each of which has comb-teeth-formed notches 25 arranged at the prescribed pitches P in the bottom end part.
