    • A thin film transistor array substrate includes a plurality of pixel areas defined by scan lines and data lines; a pixel electrode disposed on each of pixel areas; and a thin film transistor disposed on the each scan lines includes a gate electrode; a source electrode; a first drain electrode and a second drain electrode disposed along the source electrode and on the opposite sides; and an insulating layer over the source electrode, the first drain electrode, the second drain electrode and data lines. The insulating layer has a contact hole to electrically connect with the pixel electrode and the first drain electrode; and the second drain electrode extends to a portion adjacent the pixel electrode and electrically insulated with each other by the insulating layer. The present repair method is to irradiate a laser beam to short the second drain electrode and the pixel electrode at the adjacent pixel area.

    • Pixel units are disposed in a display region of a substrate, and scan lines and data lines are used to control the pixel units. Inner short ring includes a first segment, a second segment and a connecting segment connecting both segments. The gates and sources of the first and second active device connect with the first and second segments respectively, and the drains connect with the connecting segment. The gates and sources of part of the third active devices connect with the first segment, and the drains connect with the odd scan lines. The gates and sources of other third active devices connect with the second segment, and the drains connect with the even scan lines. The gates of the fourth active devices connect with connecting lines, and the sources connect with data testing lines, and the drains connect with the odd and even data lines respectively.

    • A multi-domain vertical alignment liquid crystal display panel and a thin film transistor array thereof are provided. The thin film transistor array comprises a substrate, scan lines, data lines, thin film transistors, and pixel electrodes, wherein the scan lines, the data lines, the thin film transistors, and the pixel electrodes are disposed on the substrate. The scan lines and the data lines define a plurality of pixel regions on the substrate, and the pixel electrodes and the thin film transistors are disposed in the pixel regions. Each pixel electrode has a plurality of main slits and a plurality of fine slits disposed by the sides of the main slits. At least one end of each main slit in the periphery of the corresponding pixel electrode is curved for modifying the peripheral electric field of the pixel electrode, thus liquid crystal molecules can tilt in a regular direction.

    • A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate including a substrate, pixel units, scan and data lines, inner anti-static rings, first and second thin film transistors is provided. The pixel units are arranged on a display region of the substrate, and the scan and data lines are arranged on the substrate. Each pixel unit is controlled by the corresponding scan and data line. The inner anti-static rings, the first and second TFTs are arranged on a peripheral circuit region of the substrate around the display region. The gate and source of each first TFT are connected to one part of the inner anti-static ring, and the drain of each first TFT is connected to the scan line respectively. The gate and source of each second TFT are connected to the other part of the inner anti-static ring, and the drain of each second TFT is connected to the data line respectively.
