    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pipe device enabling the separation of a fluid pipe in mid course, sending/receiving a fluid even if relatively twisted, easily connected, and reduced in size. SOLUTION: This fluid pipe deice comprises a first member having a plurality of fluid passages and a second member having a plurality of fluid passages corresponding to the fluid passages of the first member. Also, each of the first member and the second member comprises connection parts forming, by connecting to each other, a plurality of flow passages corresponding to the fluid passages. The flow passages at the connection parts are partitioned by a plurality of seals disposed at the connection parts coaxially with each other. The first member may be formed in a fluid cylinder structure extended and retracted by the supply and discharge of the fluid.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel excavator capable of easily exchanging sliding section seals without any auxiliary method such as ground improvement or the like even under high hydraulic pressure conditions.
      SOLUTION: The middle drum 3 of the tunnel excavator is partially constituted of a detachable structure, at the same time, a fluid pressure feed seal 18 for sealing between the front drum 2 and the middle drum 3 is provided to an earth and sand entering side rather than the sliding section seals (cut-off seal 16 and dust seal 17), and when the sliding section seals 16 and 17 are exchanged, after the seal has been made between the front drum 2 and the middle drum 3 by means of the fluid pressure feed seal 18, it is so constituted that the sliding section seals 16 and 17 can be exchanged by partially removing the middle drum 3.
