摘要： An information processing apparatus is connected with at least one external apparatus via a network. An input image of a first user related to the information processing apparatus is accepted while displaying a plurality of target images on a display. The plurality of target images includes an image of a second user related to the external apparatus. A gaze of the first user is detected from the input image. A target image looked by the first user is recognized from the plurality of target images, based on the gaze. A first head model as a head model of the first user, and a first texture to be projected onto the first head model, are generated. A first ID to identify a subject of the target image, the first head model and the first texture, are transmitted to the external apparatus.

摘要： A language expression data base is adapted to store expression data of an input sentence of a first language to be translated into a second language and the expression data stored in the language expression data base is renewed under the control of an expression data input unit. An input basic form sentence structure data extracted from the input sentence of the first language is translated into a basic form sentence structure data of the second language at the sentence structure transfer unit. A basic form sentence of the second language is obtained on the basis of the basic form sentence structure data of which an expression is then modified according to the expression data stored in the language expression data base, and a modified sentence of the second language is displayed on a display through an output unit.

The translation processor has an analysis section, a translated sentence generation section, and a punctuation mark generation section. The analysis section analyzes the original sentence. The translated sentence generation section generates the translated sentence in accordance with the analysis result of the analysis section. The punctuation mark generation section generates a punctuation mark substantially independently of a punctuation mark present in the original sentence, and appropriately inserts it in the translated sentence.

摘要： A tape loading mechanism can reduce a load imposed upon a tape by removing conventional inclined guides and reduce the number of assemblies necessary for forming a tape transport system. The tape transport system of the tape loading mechanism is composed of four guide members of a tension regulator guide (9) for supporting a tape unreeled from a supply reel (1), a guide post (12) having a shuttle for guiding the tape into the entrance side of a rotary drum (14), a guide post (13) having a shuttle for guiding the tape into the exit side of the rotary drum (14), and an exit guide (21) for guiding the tape into a take-up reel (3). The tension regulator guide (9) and the exit guide (21) are formed as inclined guides having flanges in order to twist the tape supported by the respective guides so that a tape transport direction and a tape height direction can be varied. Thus, the inclined guide member with the shuttle can be removed.
