      SOLUTION: The method for recovering the vinyl chloride resin from the sheet-like waste product comprises a granulation step for heating and melting the sheet-like waste product and subsequently granulating to obtain a vinyl chloride resin-containing granule, a dissolution step for dissolving the vinyl chloride resin-containing granule in a solvent in which the vinyl chloride resin is soluble to obtain a vinyl chloride resin-containing solution, a separation step for separating insoluble from the vinyl chloride resin-containing solution, and a recovery step for recovering the vinyl chloride resin from the solution from which the insoluble has been removed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of sorting organic materials, e.g. garbage, and thus the efficiency of recovering organic materials allowing biological treatment.
      SOLUTION: A trommel type waste sorter is used to sort a crushed waste containing organic materials allowing biological treatment and includes through holes in a cylindrical side wall and a rotary drum formed so as to be rotatable around an axis and laid laterally. With a crushed waste contained in the rotary drum, the rotation of the rotary drum moves the crushed waste from one to the other end of the rotary drum so as to sort the crushed waste into a crushed waste portion containing organic materials, passing through the through holes and discharged out of the rotary drum and a crushed waste portion transferring to the other end in the rotary drum and discharged from the other end. The sorter has a gas flow generator forming, within the rotary drum, a gas flow flowing in the circumferential direction along the inside wall surface of the rotary drum.

      SOLUTION: The method for recovering vinyl chloride resin comprises following steps, a first step dissolving the vinyl chloride resin containing Pb in a solvent to obtain a solution of the vinyl chloride resin, a step removing Pb from the vinyl chloride resin solution obtained in the first dissolving step, and a step depositing recovered vinyl chloride resin from the vinyl chloride resin solution passed through the Pb removing step by evaporating the solvent, wherein the solvent is removed by evaporation after adding a solution of vinyl chloride resin which is obtained by dissolving the vinyl chloride resin free from Pb in the solvent, or adding the vinyl chloride resin free from Pb and then mixing to a homogeneous solution.
