摘要： Provided is an exposure-preventing cap of a novel and simple structure that, by being mounted on a vial, can more reliably inhibit leaking of drug solution to an outside when pulling out and collecting drug solution in a syringe from the vial. An exposure-preventing cap, which is mounted on a mouth (64) of a vial (16) sealed with a rubber stopper (66), wherein a puncturing hole (34) is formed in a center part of a cap-shaped housing (12) that is attached to a mouth (64) of the vial (16), and a rubber membrane (14) is arranged at the puncturing hole (34) so as to form an internal space (74) between facing surfaces of the rubber membrane (14) and the rubber stopper (66). The rubber membrane (14) has a dome shape that is convex facing the rubber stopper (66).

摘要： The kit for suppressing drug craving K is used by connecting an instrument for suppressing drug craving 1 to a syringe 2 and the instrument for suppressing drug craving 1 has a cylindrical housing 11, a pouch 12 provided in the housing and containing pseudo-blood B and a connecting member 13 with which the distal end of a syringe is coupled and which cause the syringe to communicate with the interior of the pouch. When the syringe accommodating pseudo-drug M is connected to the instrument and the plunger is moved forward (pseudo-priming), the pseudo-drug M flows into a pouch and the pouch inflates ( Figure 2(b) ), and if the plunger 4 is pulled back from this condition, the pouch 12 deflates and the pseudo-blood B flows back from the pouch 12 to the syringe 2 (flashback) ( Figure 2(C) ). This allows people other than health care professionals or even a drug addict to safely use the kit and allows the therapy to be effectively conducted by allowing the drug addict to associate with the act of administering a drug in a pseudo-manner.
