摘要： It is intended to provide a prefilled syringe containing a drug having been preliminarily filled therein, which is free from the liquid leakage from a cap part, has gas-barrier properties imparted entirely to a barrel part having the drug filled therein and a shoulder part to thereby prevent the drug from denaturation, can strictly prevent microbial contamination and can be packaged as a compact pack at an elevated efficiency. A prefilled syringe wherein the outer periphery of the syringe barrel shoulder in the nozzle side is thrown forward to give a guard-shaped extended part (21) and the area from the position at which a gasket (32) of a plunger (3) is located in the outer surface of the syringe barrel (2) having a drug filled therein to the guard-shaped extended part (21) as described above is coated with a barrier packing material (6).
