摘要： Apparatus for separating the juice and pulp of fruit or vegetable material comprises a base incorporating a drive mechanism, a case attached to the base and having a conical bore with the axis thereof extending horizontally between end walls of the case, a rotary member rotatably mounted in the case and driven by the drive member, the rotary member comprising a cutting blade portion and a pressing portion. The case is provided on its upper side near the wide end of the bore with a material inlet opening, on its lower side with a liquid outlet opening having a filter therein, and on a lateral side near the narrow end of the bore with a residual solids outlet opening. The cutting blade portion is spiral and has portion disposed near and confronting the material inlet opening. The pressing portion is conical (but oppositely disposed to the conical bore) and has portions disposed near and confronting both the liquid outlet opening and the residual solids discharge opening.

摘要： To provide a storing device for paper sheets capable of increasing the number of banknotes that can be stored without increasing the dimension in a back and forth direction of a device main body. A second plate is moved in a direction substantially perpendicular to a face of a paper sheet by moving other ends of arms substantially parallel to the second plate, and thus drive force of a drive means is applied to the other ends of the arms, thereby moving the other ends of the arms substantially parallel to the second plate. Consequently, a space in the direction substantially perpendicular to the face, which is required for the arm movement, can be reduced as compared with the case in which the center part of the arm is driven.

摘要： A power-assisting device for use with a bicycle includes a hollow shaft which is adapted to be rotatably supported in a hanger lug of the bicycle. The hollow shaft is restricted to movement along a rotation center line thereof, and has (i) a first end portion adapted to be projected out of the hanger lug and detachably attached to a rear wheel drive gear, and (ii) a second end portion adapted to be projected out of the hanger lug and detachably attached to an input gear. A crank shaft is rotatably supported in a center hole of the hollow shaft. The crank shaft is restricted to movement along a rotation center line thereof, and has first and second end portions extending out of the hollow shaft and adapted to be detachably attached to a first and second ones of a pair of pedal-equipped crank arms. A power-assisting unit is adapted to be detachably attached to a body of the bicycle, and includes a motor and a rotation force transmission mechanism adapted to transmit a motor rotation force from the motor to the input gear. The rotation force transmission mechanism has a one-way clutch for transmitting the motor rotation force to the input gear only in a direction for driving the bicycle forward. A rotation force control unit, interposed between the crank shaft and the hollow shaft outside the hanger lug, transmits a rotation force of the crank shaft to the hollow shaft and controls the motor to generate the motor rotation force when a value of the rotation force of the crank shaft becomes larger than a predetermined value.
