    • An apparatus (11) for producing stretchable sheet of the present invention includes a pair of conveyance belts (12, 13) which is separately arranged, elastic body winding means (14) which winds a threadlike elastic body (7) around the pair of conveyance belts (12, 13) and orients the threadlike elastic body (7) to a direction intersecting with a conveyance direction of continuous-length sheets, and integrating means which fixes the threadlike elastic body (7) to the continuous-length sheets.
