摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce any time and effort required for the removal work of a welding part of a steel floor board, improve safety in the removal work of the welding part, and make almost uniform a removal amount of the welding part or the bevel shape of a removal mark.SOLUTION: A removal device 10 of a welding part is positioned such that the head of a spindle 11 approaches a welding part 23, and that the slide direction of a slider 13 matches the longitudinal direction of the welding part 23 by magnet parts 16 and 17. While the spindle 11 is driven to rotate, the slider 23 is made to slide along the welding part 23 so that the welding part can be removed by a cutting blade 11a. The removal work is automatically performed by using the removal device 10 without performing any manual work so that it is possible to save a time and effort. An operator remotely operates the removal device 10 to secure safety. The distance of the cutting blade 11a to the welding part is held to be almost fixed so that it is possible to make almost uniform the removal amount of the welding part 23 or the like, and to block the generation of any welding insufficient place in the following re-welding work.
