    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transport components of a structure such as floor slabs to their installation positions.SOLUTION: Two lift devices 3 are installed on each of left and right sides of a portal bogie 2. Moreover, a crane 4 is installed on the portal bogie 2. The crane 4 lifts and transports materials within a range from the front side end to the rear side end of the portal bogie 2 through an extension part 26a. A plurality of panel members 12a transported to the inside of the portal bogie 2 by a carrier vehicle 5 are lifted by the lift devices 3 and stored in the portal bogie 2. The crane 4 lifts the panel members 12a stored in the portal bogie 2 one by one and transports them to installation positions behind the portal bogie 2. Lifting and transport of the panel members 12a by the crane 4 is continuously carried out until the stocks of the panel members 12a stored in the portal bogie 2 are run out. Meanwhile, the portal bogie 2 advances in accordance with a degree in the progress of installation of the panel members 12a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an internal structure of a tunnel, which enables a conveyance passage to a face to be secured in the internal structure of the tunnel.
      SOLUTION: An angle bar 37 is fixed to a segment 5 in the lower section of the tunnel 3, while the tunnel 3 is excavated. A lower half portion 11a of an arch culvert is installed by being positioned by means of the angle bar 37. Next, an upper half portion 11b of the arch culvert is installed, and the lower and upper half portions 11a and 11b of the arch culvert are integrated together by means of a mortar-type filling joint 35. Subsequently, prestressing steel bars 31a and 31b make the lower half portions 11a of the arch culvert integrated together in the axial direction of the tunnel, and make the upper half portions 11b of the arch culvert integrated together in the axial direction of the tunnel, respectively. This enables the formation of the arch culvert 11 for being used as the conveyance passage. After that, lower-layer soil 17 subjected to liquefied soil stabilization and upper-layer soil 53 subjected to liquefied soil stabilization, which are obtained by modifying excavated soil 8 in the tunnel 3, make an internal space 21 of the tunnel 3 backfilled up to a level high enough to cover the arch culvert 11.
