    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently install a conduit penetrating a levee body by a non-open-cut method and to provide a complete water seal property. SOLUTION: Cement slurry S blended with a hardening accelerator is injected from an injection nozzle 21 guided from the top end 11 of the levee body 1 and substituted to form an impervious wall main body 3 having the desired height and width. A propulsion pipe 5 fitted with a drilling machine 7 with the diameter slightly larger than the pipe diameter at the head is thrust into the levee body 1 horizontally continuously from a vertical shaft 4. When the propulsion pipe 5 reaches a planned pipe crossing the impervious wall main body 3, a plurality of circular impervious bags 61 each having a barrel section impermeable to a grout material G and moisture and a sewn section permeable to only the air with a fixed pressure or above on the whole periphery are expandably folded and stored. An impervious propulsion pipe 6 opened with a grout injection port 62 is connected between the circular impervious bags 61, and normal propulsion is continued to form the conduit penetrating the levee body 1. The grout material G is pressed into the circular impervious bags 61, the air compressed in the bags 61 as the filling progresses is discharged from the sewn sections and expanded to form circular gaps C into closed sealed spaces. The grout material G is pressed into the sealed spaces from the grout injection port 62, the gaps C are filled regardless of size and shape, and the conduit having an excellent water stop property is installed by the non-open-cut method.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the testing of a water pressure of a pipeline regardless of the size of a pipe or the entry of an inspector by a method wherein a freely movable wheel is driven to be moved within the pipe, positioned with a monitor camera and lighting and a jack is operated to get a rubber ring tight on an internal wall of the pipe for the formation of a closed space. CONSTITUTION:A front base plate 1 and a rear base plate 2 are arranged in the direction of the axis of a pipe and both ends thereof are pierced with four tension bars 12 to be clamped together with a nut 13. Wheels 11 and 12 free to run are pivoted on both the base plates 1 and 2 and moved in the pipe with a drive mechanism so that a detection position is determined with a lighting 7 and a monitor camera 8 mounted on the front of the front base plate 1. Then, an oil pressure is supplied with a hydraulic pipe 16 in the tail to operate a hydraulic jack 6 so that a gradient surface 41 of a front slide cylinder 4 and a gradient surface 51 of a rear slide cylinder 5 are moved outward, causing rubber rings 3A and 3B attached to the base plates 1 and 2 to be pressed onto the internal surface of the pipe. Thus, a closed space is formed at a coupling part or the like desired to test a water pressure thereby enabling the testing of the water pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at replacing an existing oil pipe with a new pipe without affecting the new pipe by replacing the old pipe with a inner with the use of an excavator, by introducing the new pipe into the liner while applying a film on the inner surface of the liner, and by pulling out the liner after a curing agent filled in the gap between the liner and the new pipe being cured. CONSTITUTION:A liner 1 serving as a protecting sleeve for a new pipe 6 is attached to the rear part of an excavator including a barrel having a diameter greater than that of an existing old pipe 4 embedded in the ground. When the excavator is introduced onto the oil pipe 4 so as to replace the old pipe 4 with the new pipe 6, a cylindrical film member 5 is applied in the inner surface of the liner 1 over the entire length of the latter. The new pipe 6 is introduced into the film member 5 while a fluid curing agent 7 is filled between the gap between the film member 5 and the new pipe 6, and then the liner alone is pulled after the agent 7 is cured. As a result, it is possible to know the existence of a pipe line only by excavating the ground up to the position of the film member, thereby it is possible to prevent an accident such as breakage of a pipe line during another excavation work.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast iron-made water collecting pipe, enabling prevention of multiplication of rust in a sump to keep collecting capability by mounting a rust-proof sleeve in the sump.
      SOLUTION: In fitting the rust-proof sleeve 5, a projecting part 8 of the rust-proof sleeve 5 is abutted to the sump 4 of the cast iron-made water collecting pipe 1, and pushed into the sump 4. The outward projecting part 8 of the rust-proof sleeve 5 is reduced in diameter and simultaneously set into the sump 4 by push-in force through the action of the tapered projecting part 9. When the sleeve is further pushed in, the outward projecting part 8 is put out of the sump 4 of the cast iron pipe 1 and released from the sump 4 to be restored to the initial state. Thus, the outward projecting part 8 is engaged with the cast iron pipe 1, whereby even if rust is generated in the inner peripheral surface of the sump 4, the bore diameter of the sump 4 can be ensured.
