SOLUTION: In the method, the article blow-molded with the use of a pressurized fluid containing hydrogen is sealed, and it is judged whether the article has the pinhole or not by detecting the hydrogen leaked outside when the sealed article is pressed from its outer surface. A cylindrical parison is extruded from an extruder by melting/kneading a synthetic resin. After the parison is blow-molded in a mold by using the hydrogen-containing pressurized fluid, the blow-molded article is taken out from the mold, and a pressurized fluid introduction hole in the blow molding is blockaded.
