摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cure shrinkage of a lining material for pipe interior coating by compounding an unsatd. polyester resin, an unsatd. polymerizable monomer, a peroxide initiator, a (meth)acryloylated styrene macromonomer, and specific flat particles. SOLUTION: Component A is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. unsatd. polyester resin having a number average mol.wt. of about 1,000-50,000, a hydroxyl value of 5-100mgKOH/g, an acid value of 5-30mgKOH/g, and an unsaturation equivalent of 100-1,000 with 5-200 pts.wt. unsatd. polymerizable monomer (e.g. acrylic acid or styrene), 1-40 pts.wt. (meth)acryloylated styrene macromonomer having a number average mol.wt. of about 1,000-10,000, 10-500 pts.wt. flat particles having a length of 80μm or lower (e.g. silica or talc), about 0.5-10 pts.wt. cure catalyst, and a solvent. Component B is prepd. by the same formulation except that it does not contain the catalyst and contains 0.1-20 pts.wt. peroxide initiator. A lining material for pipe interior coating is obtd. by mixing components A and B just before being used.

This coating is harmless and free from any problems on the labor and health, and forms the coated film which generates less foaming in the coating, and is fine and hard. This coating is characteristic in that the water absorption is small, and the water permeability during the use is absent, and the pipe line which is reliable for a long time can be maintained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain bolts and nuts having toughness contending with steel product and corrosion resistance by manufacturing them out of nodular graphite cast iron in a specific range of Mn component, tightly coating oxide film of thickness in a specific range, and forming the base into bainite structure. CONSTITUTION:Nodular graphite cast iron containing Mn component from 0.15% to 0.4% is cast, formed into austenite structure at 850 deg.C-950 deg.C, formed with oxide film to have thickness of 20mum-100mum on the casting surface, and the whole base is constituted into bainite structure by quenching up to the atmosphere held at 250 deg.C-400 deg.C. In this way, bolts and nuts having remarkably larger strength than that of material of usual ferrite structure, toughness contending with steel products, and excellent corrosion resistance, is obtained.

As the integrally bonded compound refractory layer will not be fallen off even if a gap or a crack is generated when used, it may bring a marked improvement in durability than ever before. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating material which forms a coating film excellent in adhesion to cast iron and mortar by compounding an epoxy resin which is liquid at a normal temperature and has a specified number of epoxy groups and a specified epoxy equivalent with an amine-base curative, a diluent and a body pigment. SOLUTION: This coating material comprises an epoxy resin (e.g. a bisphenol epoxy resin) which is liquid at normal temperature and has an epoxy equivalent of 170-250 and, on average, at least 1.5 epoxy groups per molecule, an amine- base curative (e.g. a modified m-xylenediamine-type curative) preferably having an active hydrogen equivalent of 90-100, a diluent (e.g. a toluene resin as a nonreactive diluent resin) and a body pigment (e.g. barium sulfate). A cast iron pipe is coated after the end face of its joint is coated with this coating material. This coating material is quickly cured to quickly develop its strengths and gives a coating film having high strengths and adhering well to a cast iron pipe and a mortar lining, thus giving excellent water-stopping properties to the end face of the pipe.

These particles are strongly pressed to the inner surface of the pipe by centrifugal force after falling to be rapidly cured. By this procedure, lining is applied to the inner surface of the pipe. This method can be also adapted to a small caliber pipe. The thickness of a lining layer becomes uniform as compared with a conventional one. The device adapted to this method is also simple.

SOLUTION: This method for lining the metal pipe or the metal valve with urethane elastomer is characterized in that epoxy resin powder coating as a primer is applied to the inner surface of the metal pipe or metal valve, and then a double-fluid hardening type urethane elastomer stock solution is applied thereon and hardened. In the lining method for the metal pipe or the metal valve, preferably the epoxy resin powder used as the primer is epoxy resin powder coating containing epoxy resin having a softening point of 60 to 150 deg.C and epoxy equivalent of 400 to 3,000 a hardener for hardening the resin, and a pigment mixed at need, and preferably the formed coat thickness of the epoxy resin powder used as the primer is 40 to 200 μm.
