摘要： O.Z. 0050/41356 Polyesters obtainable by condensation of (a) an at least dicarboxylic acid, or an ester or anhydride or a mixture thereof, (b) an at least dihydric alcohol or an addition product of from 1 to 5 mol of at least one alkylene oxide of 2 or 3 carbon atoms with 1 mol of an at least dihydric alcohol, or a mixture thereof, and (c) a water soluble addition product of from 5 to 80 mol of at least one alkylene oxide with 1 mol of a C8-C24-alcohol, a C8-C18-alkylphenol or a C8-C24-alkylamine in a molar ratio of (a):(b):(c) of 100:(25-2500):(5-110) at not less than 120.degree.C up to a weight average molecular weight of from 2000 to 50000, are used in amounts of from 0.05 to 15 % by weight as grayness inhibitors and soil release promoters in detergents.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for electrolytically coating metalswith zinc or a zinc alloy. Matt surfaces are obtained by depositing zinc from an electrolyte solution containing a zinc salt selected from zinc sulphate or an alkane sulphate of zinc or mixtures thereof and optionally other metal salts, an acid selected from sulphuric acid or an alkane sulphonic acid or a mixture of both acids and at least one additive for improving surface roughness and for avoiding dendritic edge growth, selected from surface active compounds containing nitrogen which can be ionic or non-ionic, anionic surface active compounds containing nitrogen, and surface active compounds derived from multi-fuctional alcohols with at least three hydroxy groups. The invention also relates to an electrolytic composition for an electrolytically coating of metals with zinc or zinc alloys, in addition to the use of the above-mentioned additives for improving surface roughness and avoiding dentritic edge growth when metals are electrolytically coated with zinc or a zinc alloy in an electrolyte containing alkane sulphonic acid.

摘要： The invention relates to a composition for treating the surfaces of metals and for depositing metals or metal alloys on plastic surfaces. Said composition contains: a) at least one polymer, as constituent A, containing at least one structural unit of formula (I), wherein said structural unit can be part of a polymer main chain or can be bound to a polymer main chain by means of an anchor group, and M is hydrogen or an ammonium cation or a metal cation; b) water or another solvent, as constituent B, which is suitable for dissolving, dispersing, suspending or emulsifying the polymer (constituent A); c) optionally surface-active compounds, dispersants, suspension agents and/or emulsifying agents as constituent C; and either d) optionally a salt, an acid or a base based on transition metal cations, transition metal oxoanions, fluorometallates or lantanoids as constituent D, and/or e) at least one acid selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid, sulfonic acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid as constituent E, or a base, and/or f) at least one metal oxide and/or metal salt as constituent F. The invention also relates to a method for treating the surfaces of metals, and to a method for depositing metals or metal alloys on a metallic or plastic surface, wherein the metallic or plastic surface is brought into contact with a polymer (constituent A). The invention further relates to the use of polymers (constituent A) for treating the surfaces of metals and for depositing metals or metal alloys on a metallic or plastic surface.

摘要： The invention describes a process for the preparation of surfactant alcohols and surfactant alcohol ethers which are, inter alia, highly suitable as surfactants or for the preparation of surfactants. The process, starting from olefin mixtures having a defined minimum content of linear hexenes, gives mixtures having a predominant fraction of branched dodecenes, which are subsequently derivatized to give surfactant alcohols and then optionally alkoxylated. The surfactant alcohol mixture obtained in the process has a degree of branching of from 2.0 to 3.0 and in particular exhibits advantageous properties as regards ecotoxicity and biodegradability. A description is also given of the use of the surfactant alcohols and surfactant alcohol ethers as surfactants by glycosidation or polyglycosidation, sulfation or phosphation.

Also disclosed are the use of polymers (component A) for treating metal surfaces and for separating metals or metal alloys from a plastic surface and polymers made of special components A'a, A'b, and A'c.
