    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction such as early break during rice cooking or the like and make homogeneous boiled rice with little scorching by forming a large-diameter single hole in an opposite position to a thermal sensitive part of a rice boiling sheet that comes into contact with the inner pot bottom from the outside in the rice cooker sheet laid on the inner bottom part of the inner pot of a rice boiler for business. SOLUTION: A rice cooker sheet 15 laid on the inner bottom part of an inner pot 10 of a rice cooker for business is formed circular to be laid extending over the substantially whole surface of the inner bottom part of the inner pot 10, and a large-diameter single hole 18 is formed in an opposite position to a thermal sensitive part 16 at least of the rice cooker sheet 15, that is, in the central position of the sheet 15. A number of small-diameter through holes 19 are formed in the periphery of the large- diameter single hole 18. The heat insulation action is exhibited by storing water in the hole 18 during rice boiling. Thus, during rice cooking, the vicinity of the central part of the inner pot 10 is at a higher temperature than the outer periphery, and heat convection is caused so as to prevent the so-called early break phenomenon such that the thermal sensitive part 16 malfunctions to detect the temperature before the end of rice boiling to put out a range part 8.

The set display part 33 has, for example, a character display part 33A for setting of course, a character display part 33B for operation or non-operation, and a character display part 33C for rice cooking quantity, water quantity, washing manner, mode or the like.
