    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the creep strain of a valve casing by an inexpensive means by reinforcing a peripheral surface on a tube axial of the valve casing and a peripheral surface on a valve axial of the valve casing by a reinforcement body, and to obtain the high sealability by keeping the resilience of the seal rubber between a valve seat and the valve casing for a long time. SOLUTION: A reinforcement body 3 is formed by integrally connecting an upper end of a U-shaped reinforcement band 3a to an intermediate portion of a bisected ring 3b by welding, adhesion or the like. The U-shaped reinforcement band 3a is contacted with an outer periphery 2a on the tube axial P of a valve casing 2, the bisected ring 3b is wound on the outer periphery on a valve axial V of the valve casing 2, the joint pieces 3d are fastened by the bolt nuts 4 to contact the joint pieces 3d to the outer surfaces of the outer peripheries 2a, 2b of the valve casing 2 without a gap. Accordingly the valve casing 2 is reinforced by the reinforcement body 3, and the deformation can be prevented even when the pressure in the valve casing is increased, or the pressure contact force of the seal is continuously added in the opening and closing of the valve for a long time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix an inner core at a tube end with preventing misalignment of the inner core to a direction of falling off from a tube without being affected by variation of inner diameters of tubes and to easily detach the inner core from the tube end and to reduce manufacturing cost by utilizing external thread and internal thread. SOLUTION: A internal thread part 34 is formed on a tube wall of a short tube part 28 of the inner core 10 and is threadedly engaged with an external thread part 36. The external thread part 36 is threadedly engaged with the internal thread part 34 formed on the short tube part 28 and fastened under a condition that the short tube part 28 of the inner core 10 is inserted into a tube end of a tube 14 and a tip thereof is pressure-contacted on an inner surface 14b of the tube 14. Accordingly, the inner core 10 can be fixed at the tube end of the tube 14 by adjusting a threadedly engagement position of the external thread part 36 to the internal thread part 34 even if the tube 14 has variation of inner diameter.

    • PURPOSE:To improve strength of a hole peripheral part for a valve stem by setting up each cloth impregnated with a thermosetting resin material before its press forming, in a position equivalent to the circumference of the valve stem hole. CONSTITUTION:Prior to press forming, each cloth 7 impregnated with a thermosetting resin material is set up in a position equivalent to the surroundings of valve stem holes 4, 5 in an inner surface of at least a valve box 1 whereby the cloth 8 is solidly formed an and around these valve stem holes 4, 5 in the valve box inner surface. When the valve box 1 suchlike is actually used, even if stress concentration is produced in each peripheral part of these valve stem holes 4, 5 by what water pressure acts on a valve stem 3, since the cloth 8 is solidly formed on an inner surface of the valve box in respective peripheral parts of the valve stem hole 4, 5 being in a most dangerous state or a possible cause of crack occurrence, any occurrence of a crack or the like is obviable owing to reinforcement action to a two-dimensional direction at valve stem shaft center directional view most efficiently and effectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a possibility of damage to a socket pipe and generation of a crack due to fatigue and to improve durability of a pipe. SOLUTION: When thrust load due to water pressure and external force due to ground displacement such as an earthquake are applied as extracting force to a pipe coupling part, an insertion pipe 16 is drawn from the socket pipe 12. When an insertion pipe 16 is drawn by a prescribed length, an insertion saddle 26 is locked by an arm 28 and the arm 28 is pulled in an extracting direction. Since the arm 28 is locked by the socket saddle 24, force displaced in the extracting direction is applied to the socket saddle 24 and the socket saddle 24 is locked by a tapered external surface 18 of the socket pipe 12. At this time, force is applied from the socket saddle 24 to the tapered external surface 18 and the force is mitigated by a buffer material 34 provided on a tapered internal surface 32 of the socket saddle 24. Therefore, stress concentration is not generated on the tapered external surface 18 of socket pipe 15.
