SOLUTION: A control means CPU receives an output of original size information from original size sensors S1, S2-S5 and T1, T2, T4, T5 as original size sensing means. The control means CPU discriminates whether an original has a fixed form size or an indefinite form size. That is, the CPU has a lookup table LUT to decide a read size of the original and decides a read size through the collation with received original size information. Or the CPU receives a condition with respect to the reading size of the original directly from an operation section OP by an operator to decide the read size. The image forming device reads the original by the decided read size.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily and rapidly restorable an index device which has been integratedly calculated to an initial state in the case of reusing by turning and opening a back cover and turning the index device in a reverse direction to the direction where it is turned by a film winding means, thereby restoring it to the initial position. SOLUTION: A back cover 61 is freely opened/closed with respect to a unit main body 81, and one part of the back of the main body 81 is covered with a back covering cover 62. The cover 62 is formed integrally with the cover 61 and it may be constituted to be turnable with respect to the main body 81. By turning the cover 61, an unexposed film chamber 1b and an exposed film chamber 1c are opened. Next, the index device is turned in the reverse direction to the direction where it is turned by the film winding means 11, so that it is restored to the initial position. To put it concretely, an index plate is directly turned clockwise and restored to the initial position. And also, it does not prevent the reverse rotation of a sprocket 12.
