摘要： Disclosed are artificial leather and a method for manufacturing same, wherein the artificial leather comprises two or more types of short fibers made of different components so as to achieve superior feel, flexibility, breathability, fullness, and significantly improved lightweight properties. The artificial leather of the present invention comprises: non-woven fabric including short fibers having a fineness of 0.001 to 0.5 denier; and a polymeric elastomer with which the non-woven fabric is impregnated, wherein the short fibers are two or more types of polyester-based short fibers having different numbers of repeating -CH2-units.

摘要： The present invention relates to artificial leather, in which a flame retardant composition is applied onto portions of preliminary artificial leather, to thereby obtain flame retardant properties at the level required in the industry while preventing the soft feel of the extra fine denier fibers of the artificial leather from being degraded and achieving improved air permeability. The artificial leather of the present invention comprises: preliminary artificial leather containing non-woven fabric made of extra fine denier fibers, wherein the non-woven fabric is impregnated with elastic polymer resins; and a flame retardant composition layer formed by applying a flame retardant composition onto portions of the preliminary artificial leather, wherein the portions constitute 60% to 90% of the total surface area of the preliminary artificial leather.

摘要： A method of evaluating the sensitivity grade of an interior material used in vehicles comprises: evaluating sensitivity properties of an interior material before providing noise factors; evaluating sensitivity properties of the interior material after providing noise factors; averaging each of the sensitivity properties evaluated before the provision of noise factors and after the provision of noise factors to obtain the average value (safety factor) of each of the sensitivity properties; comparing the average value of each of the sensitivity properties with a preset target value of each of the sensitivity properties to compute a target value achievement level of each of the sensitivity properties; and determining the sensitivity grade of the interior material based on the sensitivity property with the lowest target value achievement level. By providing an objective standard to evaluate sensitivity properties of an interior material used in vehicles, the present method(s) eliminates the difficulty in communication between customers and manufactures and quality control regarding the sensitivity grade of interior materials used in vehicles.
